A few weeks later, in Zhuming hulijing city, Yao Huangdi, accompanied by team d, met with injured Hulijing refugees. Some time ago, he had donated one of his two Zhuming Mansions as a hospital for them. (Yao Huangdi is so sweet ), so that they can get back to health and be in a peaceful environment~ away from trauma.

Yao and team d also got the opportunity to board the Xianzhou Zhuming flagship, to take him to Zhuming city.

Just Qin Huanghou meeting the Divination Commission ~

The leader of the Divination Commission aboard the Xianzhou Luofu, Fu Xuan came to meet Qin Su, to show her around the Commission and most importantly where they operate and manufacture the Jade abacai.

Fu xuan: greetings, Huanghou. Are you ready?

Qin Su: Fu Xuan, nice to meet you.

Of course! I'm so excited to see your technologies. Hopefully the jianghu and our fox spirits can adopt it.

Fu xuan: anything for the hulijing empire, Huanghou.

And we have our people to introduce these kinds of technology to them.

Qin Su: excellent. But it seems like it shouldn't end up in the wrong hands.

Fu xuan: that's correct.

Hence we have civilian versions of the Jade abacus.

Honestly they're really cute, and I'll show them to you.

Qin Su: I would love that.

Fu xuan: our special intelligence is only for Diviners, and the Mengs. No one else can access it.

Qin Su: oh waw.

Fu xuan: shall we?

They both then embarked on the Xianzhou Luofu, which was casually parked in an imperial helipad, that Yao Huangdi had recently created. Then shortly after, they were off.

Qin Su: the Xianzhou Luofu is an entire floating city. Do people get lost here?

Fu xuan: I haven't heard of anyone getting lost, but maybe a couple newcomers had. I guess.

Everyone belongs to a certain district and department.

Whether they specialize medicine, art, astrology, intelligence, sky Faring, piloting, Divination or craftsmanship. Also there's a base for Cloud Knights.

Qin Su: what about the civilians?

Fu xuan: much like a city. We have markets, stores, restaurants and places of leisure for them.

And not only your fox spirits are living here, but Xianzhou natives like me and the Vidhyadharas.

Our Arbiter General would keep our little cosmopolitan city in tack.

Qin Su: it's good that everyone is living happily together.

Fu xuan: all thanks to Guangyao Huangdi, and our very history.

Fu Xuan: no no. Watch this. *lifts up her hand with a Jade bracelet, which shot out a sort of typing interface.

We just type in whatever message and it would be sent using Jade waves.

Qin Su: that's really unique!

Fu Xuan: we have plenty stores selling them, for civilian use.

And there are many other shapes and versions of it.

Qin Su: may I know how to operate it, and maybe show it to my family?

Fu xuan: of course, Huanghou.

We would always love to see our Huangdi and Dianxias posting things on our interfaces.

The Divination Commission.📍

As expected, it was quite spacey, but that space was filled with huge Jade abacai.

The Jade abacus comprises of tall jade pillars with Divination symbols and encryptions. As well as rectangular  typing interfaces and screens.

Fu Xuan: Huanghou, meet my team.

Here's our Matrix manager, Huixing.

Huixing: *bow* I'm so happy to see you!

Qin Su: same, Huixing.

Huixing: you're really gorgeous as they say.

Other than keeping books on tutorials and abacus info, she invented a new coding system and stored many Important documents that's currently being transferred to the abacus.

A few 4th year diviner apprentices would do that for training.

Qingqyue: *pays respects* Huanghou.

Qin Su: you're quite talented and hardworking.

Fu Xuan: you can also ask the abacus a question, and it would reply.

Go ahead, Huangdi.

Qin Su: *types* "do you know who I am"

Fu xuan: the abacus is filled will a lot of info as well as predictions. And it never fails.

Mingyue: us diviners would deal with the input.

Within a minute, a whole biography of Qin su appeared on the screen. Then a voice began to project from the abacus.

"Qin Su, also known as Empress Qin, is the wife of Emperor Meng Yao. She is the daughter of the former clan leader Qin of the wealthy Laoling Qin clan.............."

Qin Su: I can't believe it.

Fu Xuan: there are some pictures of you too!

Qin Su: WHAT?

Jingzhai: Huanghou.....some people may have taken pictures you and the Mengs without your knowledge.

Are you OK with that?

Qin su: ahaha it's fine. I love the technology. I'm just dumbfounded.

Jingzhai: we have billions of pictures of Huangdi. Every girl has a picture of Taizi Dianxia, Er and San Dianxia. 

Qin Su: oh dear.

Jingzhai: the princes are very good looking, ma'am.

Qin su: ah, as they all should.

They have gorgeous parents, so.

Jingzhai: *laughing* yes, yes. Definitely!!

Fu xuan: the Meng paintings are digitalised too. However we have everything under control. Our Arbiter ordered us to keep these pictures respectable.

Qin Su: much appreciated. And they're all beautiful.

I hope they use their skills to promote the culture of our empire. We have a lot of talents, lores, history, food and fashion.

And now how our empire is diverse because of the Xianzhou Alliance.

Fu xuan: As you wish, Huanghou.

We would record things for one side, and it will be converted into a hologram.

Thereafter, he pressed one of the abacai, turning it on. Then the hologram appeared and showed a market scene.

Qin Su: that's really cool. And all of this is happening in real-time?

Jiangzai: yes. There are prerecorded stuff too.

Once we had detected a Borisin ship coming thousands of miles away, heading in our direction.

The abacus told us that they're planning to crash into us instead of using lasers and canons.

Fu Xuan: luckily, we have some Xianzhou natives that had studied Su Xiandu's teleportation theories, so we were able manipulate the time vortex and get out of danger.

However, we left a little surprise for our enemies.

Fu xuan: but that's just our Prescience Matrix. Which is a group of Jade abacai working together.

Fu Xuan: which one do you like?

Jingzhai: they're all state of the art!

Abacus bracelets~ They can be linked to  over 3000 other devices. All you got to do is clink them together.

Like the tablets and square pendants, it has messaging, saving, notifications, holograms, music, recordings, voice messages, camera, and a health tracker.

It tells you your qi level, blood level and aura. The health function will predict your future wellbeing, so that you can easily prevent falling ill.

Qin Su: putting Jiaoqiu out of business?

Fu xuan: he came up with the idea!

Huangdi doesn't need one, as he has many physicians already.

Abacus earrings~ holograms and airbuds, to secretly listen to messages or music. Messages have a self distruct.

Abacus necklace~ is for holograms too, as well as recording messages.

Abacus rings and these beads are just for recording and producing holograms only.

Box Abacus~ are for projection.

Fu Xuan: and Huangdi would love this one! It's a computer that can store and organize all his files.

Qin Su: excellent for the emperor.

Fu Xuan: but this one here is just basic. We had customized a computer for the emperor.

Fu xuan: he can broadcast and send us messages, and keep in touch with his Jianghu affairs.

Qin su: then that means Su Xiandu needs one too.

Fu Xuan: certainly. But we must present it to the emperor first.

Qin su: that's right.

Jingzhai: Ma'am, it would be an honour to assist Huangdi in managing his files and emails.

Qin Su: marvelous. What a wonderful idea.

After the little exhibition, they sat and had refreshments. Then a conversation started.

Qin Su: Fu Xuan, thank you for having me. Your Divination Commission is beautiful, along with the rest of the Luofu.

Fu xuan: thank you, empress. Any time.

You, Huangdi and the rest of the imperial Mengs are ate always welcome.

Qin Su: aw. Do you know anything about our preceptor, Seimei?

Fu Xuan: he's very legendary.

I have only seen him once.

Qin Su: I see.

Fu xuan: he helps Foxians with astrology, and then just leaves for a long period of time.

Qin Su: oh.

You have foresight, correct?

Fu xuan: yes Huanghou. You're 100% correct. And I gave my Diviners foresight too.

Qin Su: tell me. Would A-Song be a great emperor one day?

And what about Aqing as his companion?

Fu xuan: *closes her eyes when the gem on her forehead began to glow*

Qin Su: *astonished*

Fu xuan: Rusong Taizi will be a legendary emperor like his father.

He'll bring in the Renaissance of precious Meng artifacts as well as new ideas mixed with old Meng ideologies.

Yao Huangdi had restored the Mengs, and Rusong will revive it and permanently seal it in history.

Your Qin Sect will become very popular and almost entitled, as their clan leader is the emperor of all fox spirits and cultivators.

Qin Su: That's amazing!

I'm happy for A-Song.

I knew he would do great things.

Fu xuan: As for A-qing. She would stand by his side.

However she would do things her own way.

Qin su: what do you mean??

Fu xuan: you are literal Qin sect royalty. As you're the daughter of a clan leader. It was easy for you to adapt to a lavish lifestyle, rules and ethics.

But Aqing had a different upbringing. She's less retrained.

She can pair up with Huangdi, who had a simple and almost dangerous childhood too~ despite being the emperor.

You're well polished, and would stay polished, Aqing is Rouge but, like you, she is destined to be a Huanghou, and Yao Huangdi grew up in a place spat upon by everyone, but that didn't take his imperial blood, history and birthright away from him. Wherever he is, he will always be our Huangdi.

Qin Su: remarkable. It's a really interesting insight. You're brilliant.

Fu xuan: it's all about nature vs nurture and destiny.

If you're truly destined, then your environment and experiences will mold you into the role you're set to have.

Qin su: I can listen to you all day.

You should definitely meet Huangdi, and Lord Shen. He's another intelligent individual.

Fu xuan: that would be a pleasure.

Shen Qingqiu was on my mind for a while. He's quite fierce, and knows what he wants.

I never new there would be someone who can challenge team dimple.

Qin su: *laughing* I know right.

It's hilarious and he's so savage.

Fu xuan: he'll forever stand by the emperor.  

Qin Su: lovely.

Fu Xuan: are you aware that he has a crush on you too. But he's quite sophisticated, so there's nothing to worry about.

He knows that you're the empress and you should be respected as such.

Qin Su: aha I know. He's a darling.

Fu xuan: he rather worship you instead of make advances.

Qin Su: so sweet and quite respectful.

And my heart is only for Yao Huangdi.

Fu xuan: As you should. You loved him even before he got back his glory. You both are each other's strength.

Shen Qingqiu had gifted the Mengs and especially Taizi with such a gift.

Qin Su: Ning Yingying? Oh yes. She's such a talented and refined young woman. I'm very fond of her, and she's perfect for A-Song.

Fu xuan: I can tell. But try not to favour one over the other.

Your nature will pull you towards Ning Yingying more.

Qin Su: mn. But it all depends on A-Song

Fu xuan: correct.

Anyways Ouyang Zizhen is fine. He's a young clan leader, destined for power and influence. These three are a close team, and should stay that way.

Qin Su: they should.

Next day, everyone in Jing Manor got their Jade abacus, and Yao Huangdi got his computer. This was were he broadcasted his very first digital message to all the Xianzhou ships:

"My dear people of the Xianzhou Luofu, and the Divination Commission, I'm quite impressed by your advanced technology. Your Huangdi was always aware of your creativity and your foresight. I commend you on expanding your special intelligence to the civilians, so that they can communicate and store information. I heard that the Jade abacus is indestructible.

When I don't have the time to personally write or record, I'll have my PR, Shen Yuan or Su Xiandu write emails.

This should be introduced to the Jianghu in the near future. Thank you very much for your contribution.

Then he goes on to sending a message to his hulijings who aren't apart of the Xianzhou Alliance, as well as the clans.

Hoping that he spreads the technology to everyone.
