Hii gosh I hope this isn't a weird question but have you ever thought of Murat and Lucanis as parents? If so how many kids or what gender ect

yes, i did, and here are their children - 5 dogs and 1 cat.

this is a happy ending, where they're both alive and well. year 9:68, murat's 55, lucanis 50.

info about the dogs and an orange menace under the cut

tartufo - the oldest and main dog in the family. murat met her when he was still a drunk on the street, he found a puppy in a sack near the beach and nursed it. she limps on her left hind leg, there was a fracture and it healed poorly. every time she sleeps soundly, murat has a mini heart attack because it seems to him that she's not breathing.

bella - some guy was giving away random puppies, and they took one. a cross between a mabari and some mutt. the main guard force of the house, always on guard. of all the dogs, the smartest and most trained. sometimes it seems she even understands human speech.

rocco - during the contract, lucanis found a dog in a cage in the basement of the target's house. it was very thin and weak, and didn't even snap at a stranger. he ended up taking it with him. rocco is a very calm and lazy dog. but he gets very angry when someone quarrels with his owners, and in this case he can bite these people's ass off. likes to lie on lucanis and doesn’t ask his opinion.

essa - was bought as a puppy. together with rocco, she is used for hunting (sometimes). an anxious dog. also always on guard, like bella, but unlike her, essa reacts to any sounds and movements. bella distinguishes bad sounds from good ones.

darvin - was bought as a puppy on the same day when the ginger kitten was found on the street. anxious, fearful. feels calm only when surrounded by his owners and at least 1 other dog. he's scared shitless of the cat, he has scratches on his snout from him. murat laughed for 10 minutes when he gave the puppy a name.

gato (cat) - a cat. they took him from the street. he was barely alive, they nursed him back to health. he's CRAZY. several times he damaged expensive curtains, wallpaper and sofas. but he's caught all the rats and mice in the house and the surrounding area. he loves lucanis, sleeps with him, and has never fought with him. he doesn't really like murat. sometimes he lies on his belly, but if murat dares to move even a little, he'll bite him on the nose and leave.

and a little chart. if in the middle - means they love both owners equally.

FINALLY finished The New War after what had to be two months worth of prep, and can we all just agree that Ballas didn't get nearly as harsh an a#-whooping as he deserved!

Makes me want to bring him back just to clap his a# again!

Imagine if Drifter has a Titania and let's her razor flies flit around like little fireflies.

Amir and Aoi are entranced.

Quincy, not knowing what they are, swats at one of them and gets stung right through his armour/exoskeletan/whatever. All you hear from the other side of the mall is, "Ayo, what the f#, man!"

I had this funny little scene play in my head when looking at my tenno and realized the eyes glow...then it hit me XD

*Lights go out*

Drifter looks at Amir

Drifter"Dang it...well now we can't see any ideas?"

Amir just staring at the drifter trying to let his eyes adjust confused as if he seeing things or if literally drifter has glowing eyes, meanwhile drifter is getting worried that he's upset about what they said and confused at his silent squint

Drifter"Amir why are you just staring?!was it something I said?"

Amir"...your eyes are like glowsticks"

Drifter"...like a what?"

Quincy is good with kids, so the Operator is drawn to him the most. They stop speaking entirely after the conversation about Parvos Granum and Quincy's 'Power/money is everything' mentality.

(Please have mercy when you correct me, I suck at summarising people >_<)

Until the 'Jade Shadows/Belly of the Beast' event.

Drifter finds him at his shooting range a while later. The image of a Granum token is unmistakable - so are the bullet holes littering the paper.

"Don' get me wrong, cuz: still wanna meet the guy," he explains when they ask. "It just ain't gonna involve tea and cookies, y'know."

And they know.

Amir sticking his finger in Drifter's mouth while they're yawning (like you get the urge to do with cats) turns into a round of beating the horny thoughts off with a stick.

After the Operater guessed correctly during a game of 'Dog or Not' one too many times.

Kubrows don't have fur like that. And the eyes are weird. It's cute though. :)

The Operater would later get a sheep floof as a gift when the Drifter pays a visit.
