Just had a low key crazy and high key delulu thought:

I'm falling for Film because Namtan is falling for Film.

From the time just before Pluto started, even as of today, I've wanted to get into Namtan's mind. I find her so incredibly interesting. As an asexual it's it's the mysterious 3rd option of the queer, "do I want to be her, or date her?" question. I want to know about her. I want to know how her brain works. I want to understand her.

I've been reasonably able to ship NTF responsibly for a while. Honestly, I used to strongly believe that they should not get together. I thought even if they could make it work for some time the risk was not worth it. I thought that even in the case of a healthy split that maybe Film would go back to being an extreme introvert 😭 Maybe Namtan would be closed off for a bit and would stop allowing fans to flirt with her, etc. Overtime as I've learned more about Namtan and been following her more closely since Pluto, I believe I've come to understand her more (granted this is like from 0 to 5% because I still don't actually know her, I'm not crazy).

With my new knowledge I've found myself more and more drawn to Film. She's popping up more in my algorithms than Namtan lately. I'm actually happy it happened! Also I can help but think Namtan was right. Film gets more gorgeous every day (when Film hits 30, look out 🔥🫠). All that to say, I no longer think they shouldn't be together. Infact I'm convinced they are together.

I'm full on delulu these days. It's like I look at Film though Namtan's eyes. She was cute before but, now she's stunning, alluring, and just as interesting! This could have everything to do with my love for the pair finding a new balance. However, I'd like to live in the world where my 😍 are as big as Namtan's for a bit longer. I mean just look at her

Still recovering from the Lineman Live from last week. It's got me thinking 🤔

Not just about the Japan promise but, also about the way that Film just naturally "wins" against Namtan.

Gonna lay this out under the cut because it could get long and very delulu.

First the latest win, the Japan promise. Film "won" because regardless of who's telling of the story you believe, Film got two cheek kisses and 1 sniff-kiss from Namtan. Namtan got 2 cheek kisses (one stolen and the other freely given)

In games when Film loses on a technicality Namtan still let's Film win. See the Lux Live for an example.

Earlier this year F was "winning" by one upping NT in terms of flirting, mostly on live streams.

Prior to Pluto filming F "won" by being one of the only people to make NT publicly shy. My brain goes immediately to the workshop were F kisses NT's head, then F stares at the camera all proud of herself. F was probably the only one to do it on a consistent basis.

F's ultimate "win" is that she gets to work with NT. Someone that she has looked up to for awhile. Also that people at GMM were calling F "NT's replacement" (even though everyone knows NT can't be replaced, duh 😎). Which means that F's acting talent is on par with NT's according to their peers.

On the lolen side, F "wins" by being able to sit back and watch her charismatic, talkative, funny partner (non-romantic) naturally take over a room or interview.

F's characters seem to always get the girl. We'll see w/ Girl Rules how things go but, I think Prim is going to end up chasing Bambi in the end. (Sorry NT you're just destined to fall for F, I don't make the rules haha)

All of this is in the lolen spirit but, it just got me thinking a bit.

Namtan went live on TikTok this morning and watched part of EP 11 of Pluto. It was nice at first. It felt like a rewatch party! I even pulled up the Ep on my TV to watch along.

Then we skipped to part 3/4. I thought I'd be fine since I'd be looking more at the livestream. NOPE 😭😭

I ended up getting so absorbed in the scene at the end that I forgot that she was live streaming. I was starting to cry, Namtan was starting to cry. It was too damn early for being this emotional! It was not as bad as the first time I watched that scene but, MAN! Definitely shows that Pluto had two very talented ladies as the leads.

I enjoyed the live. It was just too early to be feeling all of that again 😆

I'm watching the BTS for Pluto from my boxset. Its got me thinking about how there is balance in how different Namtan and Film are.

-- Film is the older sister in her family and Namtan is the younger sister in hers. The reverse is true in their CP.

-- Namtan is (imo) an ambivert that presents like an extrovert. Film obviously is an introvert. When Film seems more extroverted, Namtan will match her or, let Film take the lead.

-- They have a 4 year age gap but, take turns being the "mature" one. NT just has more time in the role as the Phi.

-- They both take their job seriously but, know there is room for a bit of fun to be had.

-- Anytime we've seen them have a serious discussion it's not one-sided. Even if one person is doing most of the talking. They have a very collaborative vibe about them.

I'm amazed at how far they've come. I hope that this is still just the beginning for their careers (a rebirth for Namtan since she has been around for quite some time). I'm just super pumped for Girl Rules! Also, I'm excited for any and every series that they do after. They can be together or solo, preferably together pwetty pwease!

You put a touch starved person and give them a relationship with a person that has to express and reach with people every time by touch because they can't see.

Every time May reach for Ai-Oon. and gives her those small touches to try to find the right place she wants to touch.

And you notice how much those small gestures affects Ai-Oon.

I am telling you Pluto is a masterpiece when you give a proper analysis and move on the lies.

I'm sooo proud of these two!! I watched both of the Fan Meets and they did an amazing job! Talk about a good value! They looked stunning! 🤩🤩

You can tell they put a lot of work into the event. It's been a fun 2 days waking up super early to "catch up" with them and have some lolens. I had a blast and I cried too. I'm just so happy for them. It's totally deserved.

It's also reminded me that I'm going to be a crazy person when Girl Rules finally airs 😜

Saw Namtan's post on Twitter and her Banner change. I don't have an X account and don't really post much anywhere anyways but, I'm taking this as a sign to go touch some grass. I personally got a bit lost in the echo chamber of GL excitement.

I'm gonna go explore some of my other interests for a bit and then come back.

Oh wow! That's really hard to answer. I love a lot of things. You are right lol, long post incoming! I'm gonna break it into 2 parts, fav character/actor thing and, fav thing the series from the series overall.

-- Fav Character/Actor

It's got to be Namtan for this. I'm amazed by how different she plays the twins. Not to mention how she separates herself from Ai, when I'm sure there is a fair bit of her inner self in Ai-oon. When Ai-oon was upset I was upset. This is the only show that's made me feel like that. I remember screaming at my TV watching EP 9. When it seemed like everyone was forgetting AI again because Oom woke up. I hated Oom as I think many did at first (based on what Ai and May were telling us). However, when Oom's side of things was revealed I came around to understand her POV. Namtan (and the script) both played it so well that I felt valid for feeling both ways. Honestly I could go on and on about my love for Namtan! She's my new favorite actress!

I actually really love the way that the mystery of accident was handled. Was it perfect, no. It could have been resolved a bit earlier but, it tied into the pacing for the relationships in a really unique way that I loved. The way that the audience was really on the journey of information gathering with Ai was really neat. We really stopped learning things when she did. Yes, we had a bit more information from May's perspective but, not enough to truly understand what happened. I liked feeling like a detective in the beginning and then getting lost in May like Ai did. It made for a really fun moment when everything was finally revealed! We still had some surprises left to be revealed. Like how May was the last to talk with Paul and Oom before the accident. It was not just the voicemail or the conversation with Paul like we thought. Paul was upset by how Oom reacted when talking with May. I love the way that reveals so much their dynamics as characters. The mystery was both a fun introduction and filter for everyone to meet. It was also a great way to tie everything up. When the truth comes out; the entire truth comes out.

Something that I'm loving about watching these GMMTV shows is these blatant ads for future merch. They're not trying to be slick about it. I admire it. It's a bit nostalgic too.
