Can you be hypersexual even if you only have temporary episodes of feeling like a bunny in heat (like a month of nonstop thoughts abt that stuff, and lots of intrusive ones at that)

We used to be full-time hypersex to the point we'd look at nsfw art in class every day instead of doing our work but now those 'episodes' are much more short lived. But like when it does happen it feels like im not fully in control and I've got myself in unsafe situations bc of it (SA and grooming, sent CP of myself, ect)
