The way I feel

Characters- Lo'ak Sully x Human Reader

Summary- Lo'ak confesses to you at a Na'vi Great tree gathering.

Word count- 1,228

Warnings- Fluff

You had been sent to Pandora to help with the mining operation for unobtanium, but you never expected to fall in love with one of the Na'vi. Lo'ak had caught your eye from the moment you had met him. His tall, muscular frame and piercing yellow eyes had left you breathless.

Despite your initial attraction, you had tried to keep your distance from Lo'ak. You knew that a relationship between a human and a Na'vi would be complicated at best. But as time passed, you found yourself drawn to him more and more.

It wasn't until you were injured during an attack by the hostile Na'vi tribe that you realized how much you truly cared for Lo'ak. He had been the one to save you, carrying you to safety as you clung to him tightly. You had never felt so safe in your life as you did in his arms.

After that day, you found it hard to keep your feelings for Lo'ak a secret. You would catch yourself staring at him for too long or stumbling over your words when he was near. But he never seemed to notice, or if he did, he never said anything.

It wasn't until the night of the Great Tree gathering that everything changed. You had been invited to attend by the Na'vi, and you had eagerly accepted. The sight of the massive tree lit up by thousands of tiny glowing creatures was breathtaking, but it was Lo'ak who truly caught your attention.

He was dressed in traditional Na'vi garb, with a headdress made of feathers and beads adorning his head. You couldn't help but stare at him as he moved gracefully through the crowd, his eyes occasionally meeting yours.

As the night wore on, you found yourself drawn to him, unable to resist the pull you felt towards him. It wasn't until he took your hand, pulling you away from the crowd, that you realized he felt the same way.

"I know we come from different worlds," he said, his voice soft. "But I can't help the way I feel about you. I want to be with you, if you'll have me."

You could barely contain your excitement as you nodded, unable to find your voice. Lo'ak pulled you close, his lips meeting yours in a sweet, tender kiss.

From that moment on, you and Lo'ak were inseparable. You spent every moment you could together, exploring the beautiful planet of Pandora and learning more about each other. It wasn't always easy, as there were still those who disapproved of your relationship, but you and Lo'ak didn't let that stop you.

Together, you fought for the freedom of the Na'vi people, working to protect their home from the greedy humans who sought to exploit it. You and Lo'ak were a team, each one supporting the other as you fought for what was right.

And at the end of the day, when the battles were won and the dust had settled, you and Lo'ak would curl up together under the stars, enjoying the peace and quiet of Pandora. It was in those moments that you knew you had found your true home, in the arms of the one you loved.
