One year after cancellation WN is still trending on twitter and Netflix. We are targetting Netflix again to either sell the rights or give us a 3rd season.

Some of you may remember doing this in early 2023, when have just begun our fight. Believe me, the fact that the WN fanbase is still so huge after a year ia definitely well known to Netflix and the industry.

If we combine using this suggestion-function with hashtags on twitter and being in Netflix's comment sections online, someone will want to make money with that

... bc that's what the industry is all about. And even if it isn't netflix but the team behind the trilogy ... this will show them that we want OUR Warrior Nun back!

⚔️ The future of Warrior Nun ⚔️

We are all re-experiencing the feeling of loss over our beloved show and we hate beinc in the dark about the new tilogy, especially knowing that (at least for now) Simon isn't involved.

This is what Simon said we should to to ensure Warrior Nun stays OURS:

▪︎ keep encouraging and informin the ppl behind the trilogy that we want OUR show with OUR character(dynamics) and stories back. ESPECIALLY once more news come out. Do so as kindly and respectfully as you can, bc we need something from them.

▪︎ keep Warrior Nun relevant on social media. Engage with it. If you're feeling burnt out, take care if yourself! But long-term consistency is the key. If you tweet or make a TikTok once a day or even once a week for the next moths, it's enough. No need to spend hours on social media campaigning for Warrior Nun for a week and then disappear.

▪︎ keep engaging with Netflix. Be under their comments on Insta, TikTok, Twitter ... ask them for S3 or to sell the rights.

After the strikes in hollywood, a lot is changing in the streamin and TV industry and platforms are feeling the anger of the masses.

Things to do now:

▪︎ reactivate our ressources: DM your old moots and ask inform them about the current momentum. Ask them (nicely ofc) if they wanna be active on social media (Twitter and TikTok are the most important) for Warrior Nun again

▪︎ be in Netflix's comment sections demanding a season 3 or to sell the rights. Last year, we were under EVERY POST and we can do that again

▪︎ use the Hashtag #SaveWarriorNun again. We have accomplished MILLIONS of tweets and we can di that again. Our efforts so far haven't gone unnoticed.

▪︎ Take care of yourselves, that's the No. 1 priority. But try to retweet or be active in the fandom (3 mins a day would be enough) and engage in a way that makes our message and demands LOUD AND CLEAR! (aka retweets, hashtags, repost)

▪︎ stay consistent!

I just had a 4am thought about mpreg and that lead me to questioning whether pregnant trans men are considered "mpreg" in fanfic and then I thought "depends on the type of on-fic-universe ... let's discuss" and then naturally my thoughts wandered to the Omegaverse and THEN I thought "are there trans ppl in the omegaverse where the trans part relates to their secondary gender?" and then I googled it an the first link was this tumblr post because what else but a tumblr post could come up when you google stuff like that and THEN i thought "I need to save this forever" and now i'm here

Transdynamics

Transdynamics: A transition from a person’s assigned dynamic at presentation (secondary gender) to a different one that corresponds with their personal identity.

People who identify as transdyanmic, as opposed to transgender, typically feel as though their natural instincts align more with a different dynamic than the dynamic they presented as. For example, someone who identifies as AtO (Alpha to Omega) may feel more instincts revolving around nurturing their loved ones rather than protecting their territory.

Further, trandynamic individuals report high levels of dynamic dysphoria, disliking being referred to as their presented dynamic and feeling “wrong” when expected to perform tasks or act within the bounds of their presented gender. This can occur in pack settings, relationships, or even professional environments.

Transdynamic people do not often have gender dysphoria as seen in trangender individuals. Transdynamic individuals may identify as transdynamic and transgender.

Main Transdynamic Identities:

AtO: Alpha to Omega

AtB: Alpha to Beta

OtA: Omega to Alpha

OtB: Omega to Beta

BtA: Beta to Alpha

BtO: Beta to Omega

Adynamic: Not identifying with any specific dynamic.

Transdynamic Flag:

Flag Meaning: The top red represents alpha, the second to top purple represents beta, the second to bottom blue represents omega, and the bottom white represents in-between or no dynamic.

Types of Treatments:

Sound Treatment: Sound treatment is similar to voice therapy. It focuses on changing the sounds an individual can make to fit the dynamic they identify as. For example, a BtO individual may go to sound treatment to learn how to purr.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): Trandynamic people take HRT, however, they typically take different hormones than transgender people. For example, transgender individuals take testosterone or estrogen, while transdynamic people take hormones that affect their pheromones and biological reactions (such as a biological reaction to a distressed pup) so they align more with the dynamic they identify as. Note, some transdynamic people take testosterone or estrogen as well so their body appears more like that of the dynamic they identify as.

Blockers/Suppressants: If a transdynamic individual cannot access HRT or is in the early stages of it, they will use blockers and/or suppressants to conceal their scent and pheromones. Blockers and suppressants are especially popular among adynamic individuals.

Ruts and Heats

Ruts and heats are extremely difficult to change for transdynamic people. Suppressants work to stop heats and ruts, however, being able to have a heat if you are, for example, AtO takes a lot of different treatments working together. Along with HRT and specific medication used to prepare the body, a surgery must be undergone to actually change the body’s biological mating cycle. However, the surgery is extremely difficult on the body and is hard to get approved for. Further, the first 1 to 3 years of heats/ruts will be irregular and unpleasant with constant check ups needed.

Society

Transdynamic individuals are less accepted than transgender individuals in omegaverse society. This is because primary gender (male, female, other) is not as important to the core of society as secondary gender. Some people view transdynamic individuals as people actively going against their role in society and what they were made for.

However, there are many transdynamic activists who are working to change transdynamic laws and raise awareness.

So I've watched a few interviews about the Wednesday with Jenna Ortega and in one of them she said that she told everyone very early on that she didn't want Wednesday to be in a love triangle. This really puts me at ease because I hate love triangle drama lmao. So hopefully there won't be any.

But Jenna also said that Wednesday finds the romance entertaining because she's not obsessed with anyone but she knows that people are obsessed with her. She used the word people not boys so I think that we'll get not just Tyler but also Enid, and maybe a few other students, showing an interest in Wednesday. And all Wednesday wants to do is find the monster so she's not thinking about romance much.

There's also the fact that Hunter said before that while his character Tyler is interested in Wednesday, she's only hanging out with him because of the investigation. But I do think he will become a real friend to her as the show goes on.

And Enid has been referred to Wednesday's opposite whenever anyone in the crew talks about opposites attracting. So I think that while Wednesday might not show much romantic interest in S1, she might do so in S2 if the show is renewed. And then Wenclair will be canon of course.

Some people really need to learn the difference between shipping two fictional character and shipping two real persons, get a life

OK, so recently I fell down a little bit of a Wednesday Adams/wenclair rabbit hole like the rest of us have. And before the show comes out I just want to know if there is potential for it to be queer in any sense so I did a little research. Firstly Tim Burton the director, I wanted to see if he had any queer media turns out he did he had a movie that he directed that was about a gay man a while back. But anyone can be a director of any film. The plots are already set in stone by the writers so I wanted to go further with the creators of the show Miles Millar and Alfred Gough. Now, this is where it gets interesting, they have a show together called The Shannara Chronicles. This show actually features a sapphic couple, now I didn't get too much into the details or how prominent the couple was but still, this gives me hope that something could happen. I also did this research before some of the newer interviews came out and the WendsGay promotional event came out so all these things are making me think that something either queer or sapphic either happens or could happen in the future. When I first saw the trailers for the show I thought it was a short mini-series but from what I've seen and from what interviewers are saying there is going to be a season 2 or potential for season 2. Even if nothing happens this season romantically with Wednesday it could happen in the future. I have a feeling that maybe season one Wednesday falls in love with Nevermore, the idea of having friends, being social, and trusting other people. Then maybe in a later season, it could be falling in love with Enid or another character but we'll see for now.

Why should you watch Warrior Nun(shipping edition)?

If you know any gays they have most likely spent the last twenty four hours screaming at you that you just have to watch Warrior Nun because it has the best sapphic couple in recent time. But this post isn't about the show itself(if you are curious about the show read this ) This is about Ava and Beatrice aka Avatrice and the amazing slow burn romance they gave us in Season 2 of Warrior Nun. So if you decide to get into Warrior Nun what can you expect from our girls? :

The first is yearning. A HUGE part of this ship is the yearning and both of our girls are not exactly subtle about it

-Next we have physical contact. They are both so touch starved and so in love with each other they will use any opportunity to get close . So many hugs, so much face touching

-Yes Season 2 literally starts with them being undercover in a small village in the mountain just the two of being roomates and working together in a bar all while secretly training in the beautiful mountain side. The show went for all the fanfic tropes. They spent two months living Raylla's dream

-Yes we have jealousy . Oh such delicious jealousy

-We also have lighthearted goofball moments where she just wants to go sight seeing and be with her girl in a new city or where she is dragging her tranqed gir through the streets away from the bad guys

-We have angst but those can't go more then 30 seconds being in a fight before they immediately apologies and console each other

-And of course we have them fighting back to back against overwhelming numbers

-Flying our girl our of danger? Yup. Took that straight out of supercorp's book

-some angst of course

-and finally after the slow burn and a thousand near kisses we finally have a love confession and a kiss right before the big battle

-And of course of Beatrice turning into a one woman army and slaughtering everyone who stands between her and Ava(but she does give them a chance to save their lives first)

So are you ready for Avatrice you ask yourself? Do you have the time? Will it be worth it? And the answer is yes. It will be worth it. The show is amazing and this one of the best written romances in years

Saaame like ... they give me hope but they also kill me.

I AM DIGGING the enemies to lovers thing. Wednesday is a HUGE show and it'll certainly be well made, meaning that it doesn't want to be predictable and it wants to develop interesting and "unexpected" relationships, so I think Enid and Wednesday will become MUCH closer and the Xavier/Tyler romance would be tooo obvious. I think either Wednesday will remain single or end up with Enid.

BUT WHAT IF THAT'S NOT TRUE FOR SOME FUCKING REASON??? 😭😭 I don't wanna get my hopes up TOO MUCH but on the other hand, we deserve a win

Wednesday and Enid dating - How would it look like?

Okay so I'm thinking about how Wednesday shows affection/love in general without it being out of character:

I don't think Wednesday would be completely unromantic. She grew up surrounded by a loving family and yes, all of the Addamses are "macabre" but they show affection IN THEIR OWN WAY and they do it openly and shamelessly so I don't think Wednesday would struggle much with that.

Like all of them whish eachother an "unhappy day" or stuff like that, yk where positive things are negative for them and vice versa, but on the other hand they still talk about love, lust, beauty etc. in the way we do it - even more passionately. So how would Wednesday do it:

I can imagine her being her sarcastic self and and not being affectionate VERBALLY towards Enid but she would show her love through her actions and Enid would know that. Like, I imagine a scenario where Enid says something sweet and Wednesday says "disgusting, I hate it" but takes Enid's hand or cuddles up to her, stuff like that - it would fit the way we've seen Wednesday use her "cold and dark" personality as a form of humour.

Maybe she wouldn't be sweet with her words towards Enid when it's just the two of them but would say "my beloved girlfriend" in her absolute neutral tone when talking to someone else. Or maybe shw would even do that when it's only them, I could see that too. With the cold voice of her mother but the passionate words of her father.

OH AND SHE WOULD DEFINITELY be Enid's biggest defender if anyone dared to talk shit about her. Like she came to Pugsley's defense with the Piranhas.

But I can also imagine her using old-timey words of affection/pet names or phrases in different languages like "mi amor", "mi vida" like Gomez does ... in her typical Wednesday tone ofc. It would also fit the theme of her finally being represented as a latina character, what Jenna Ortega talked about.

In the end it's likely a combination of both. I like to think that some of her father's and mother's traits rubbed off on her.

It also wouldn't be out of character for her to smile/be soft in certain scenarios as long as it's not too much/ all the time but more of a special and private thing between her and Enid.

I say it wouldn't be out of character because we've seen Wednesday laugh and smile when she met Uncle Fester in the trailer and it felt natural for her character.

why is everyone so negative about warrior nun getting a s3? Was Netflix more lenient in renewing shows in 2020 as opposed to now? S1 was renewed within one month of its release and i didn’t see a single piece of advertisement besides a couple gifs on here. i know netflix has a habit of cancelling wlw shows but it’s not like they haven’t given other wlw shows more than 2 seasons. Yes they haven’t treated WN as well as it deserves but we’re making noise! The s2 trailer already has 1M views in 3 days and the teaser before that has 1.5M, Netflix’s WN tweets are getting 10k+ likes and it’s been trending on twitter. Maybe I’m foolishly optimistic but i know we can get that renewal as long as we watch it on Netflix on Nov 10 (thru netflix not 3rd party sites) and continue sharing it on social media
