I have to choose Helina because she's a little bit of a self-insert so let's see... she enjoys watching European football after seeing it on the TV in the safe house, though she's a little bit confused as to why everyone but Park calls it soccer lol. She's ambidextrous but prefers using her right hand (I don't think I've revealed that little factoid before but if I have I'm sorry😭). And her birthday is May 2, which is actually coming up in a day or two so happy bday to my girl! 🥹

Fury Family: Generational Freedom

A comic about the lives of Soundbreak and his family as they grow and learn about the Above World.

idk some guy and another younger guy from the comics.

I temporarily lost my ability to ink so I decided to try something small and easy. Then ended up scribbling a bunch of other things.

Gabriel's jacket is pretty much a mash of his comic outfit and a jacket taken directly from ATSV concept art of 2099 fashion by Jesus Alonso Inglesias. I don't like coloring, but if I did I would make it really bright and obnoxious.

My impression is that Miguel's civvie fit is really drab and baggy by 2099 standards and is meant to hide his body shape. Either way it's a pretty funny contrast to his other fit which is skin-tight, bright red & blue and has all his muscles drawn in.

Miguel in the comics has organic webs which give him the power of being nasty-ass and leaving gross sticky stuff on everything he touches. I guess this is the inspiration for the top image (it's time stamped)

Some cute Adler hc eheh

I imagine Adler as a traditional dude. A dude with conservative values, a dude whom we nowadays would call a classic old man. But at the same time, he is open minded and tries to understand stuff. Even if he fails miserably most of the time. He is just a stubborn dude. But he tries.

I think he‘d be that person to be like reading newspaper in the mornings and just doing his stuff.

I feel like he‘d be respectful to women too, he‘d appreciate his (if he has/had one) wife’s cooking but he probably wouldn’t tell her to do that as a must. He wouldn’t like this concept of „women belong there while men do actual stuff.“

Maybe he’d get his SO a nice gift once in a while but he acts like „oh yeah you mentioned this and I thought it would be useful.“ He just brushes that off but actually he hopes they like the gift.

I don’t think he‘d be overly affectionate but he would do small gestures that are only for his SO, for example a certain eyecontact, brushing hands against each other’s, a small smile, lending his jacket, etc.

In the beginning of a new relationship, Adler would be cautious and his job doesn’t really help. He is always alert, constantly trying to analyze and assess situations. He needs a long time to understand that his SO is his safe haven.

Adler has difficulties showing his love but actually, he has so much of it. Just no idea how to express it. Once he accepts the affection he feels, he shows the small gestures and the very first one would be sharing his sacred, favorite cigarettes with his SO.

Adler suffers from terrible nightmares but he brushes them off despite looking tired and exhausted during the day. Until one day he falls asleep near that damn evidence board. Not even all the coffee and cigarettes in the world would have stopped that.

I can also imagine his SO being sad because Adler never gifts them flowers because „They are too expensive for what they are, I‘d rather gift you something that lasts. Flowers are stupid.“

But he would show up with the biggest bouquet anyways.
