This is how I see Eclipse and Roxanne's relationship from the Eclipse and Puppet show!

We need more QPR in media and those two would make a perfect example!

Also the same person I was talking to in chat brought up that Roxanne could end up having a professional assistant type of relationship with Eclipse and help him out in his lab a lot just like how Moon's assistant is with him and man I'm hoping that happens. Captain Foxy was also like that with Eclipse in Eclipse's dream from the episode What If Eclipse Was Happy.

My opinion as to why I prefer Eclipse and Roxanne's bond to stay platonic.

I need to let out my opinion about this but I was actually kind of worried that in today's episode called Roxanne's Gift To Eclipse that it was hinting that Eclipse might be developing feelings for Roxanne and the ship might become canon but after having a conversation with someone in the chat about it I see it now as it possibly being the start of Eclipse starting to have a queerplatonic type of affection for her. The reason I'm saying this is because I'm hoping the writers keep the lesson to heart from the episode when Charlie tries to make Roxanne and Eclipse date where Roxanne told her that she doesn't need to be the kids mother to have a connection with them and her and Eclipse doesn't need to be in a relationship to bond with them together either or with each other for that matter. Sorry I just had to let out my opinion about how I think Eclipse and Roxanne would make a perfect male and female QPR representation in EAPS.

I think it's about time we have a male and a female character that has a strong bond but stay as platonic and it's also hard to think of someone like Eclipse to be in or even caring to be in a romantic relationship. If anyone who reads this ships them and wants them to be in a relationship that's completely fine by me this is just my own personal opinion about it. ^^'

HI EVERYONE the ePISODE TODAY!

I know I’ve been throwing Roxy x Eclipse art into the void for the last however long and yelling about them, so this might seem like a 180 for me, but…

I don’t really want romantic Roxy x Eclipse in canon.

Which is not to say that if it happened, I wouldn’t be happy! But I think that, canonically, Eclipse is some flavor of ace and not big on the idea of relationships. I just like to play around with what ifs and put him in lots of situations, haha.

SO ANYWAY I LOVED THIS EPISODE AAAH!

I really liked that Roxy clarified that she doesn’t need to be their mom to have a connection with them. I liked the acknowledgement from other characters that Roxy and Eclipse are already close, and the vibe that they all see it. And the end!!! UGH!!!!

When Eclipse admits, to himself, alone, that Roxy “isn’t the worst” option. To me, that read as him starting to think harder about his relationship with her and how he feels about her and realizing there IS something different there. I could see them in a qpr somewhere down the line in canon, once they’ve both done a bit of growing and are ready for it. But I love that, regardless of what their relationship is, this episode made it clear that she’s special to him, and he feels differently for her than for other people. For him, that’s huge!

I just GGRRRRRGRGRGRGR I love every flavor of their relationship I’m tearing any canon content of them apart with my claws to hold it closer and inspect it I LOVE THEM

Talked it all through with Davis and we both wanted to go definitely for something that fit his vibe. Victorian attire felt more than appropriate, same with the color choices. He was mourning his Monty for a second time and was grieving. He's broken and hollow inside, there's no light in him anymore.

My man is a caring loyal friend when it counts!

Look, I'm not gonna sit here and act like Monty is perfect. Monty has committed more crimes than I have fingers and he has done some pretty bad things...

But he here's the thing...

He changed.

Monty started off as an egotistical jerk who was mainly in it for the money and himself but over the series of The Sun and Moon show, The Lunar and Earth show, and Monty gator and Foxy show, he changed.

He became one of the most loyal characters in all of TSBS.

This man has risked his life for every member of this family, has been with them through almost every trial and chaos, and he stuck by them all!

Yes, he is still a little poo to Sun and Lunar sometimes, but it's less now.

I can't recall the last time he was mean or messed with Sun.

Look, I used to be a Monty-apologist, but as I've watched the shows, I've accepted that Monty isn't a good person, but he might as well be classified as one now.

He changed for the better, and I couldn't be more proud of him as a character.

He's an awesome friend to Moon

He's an amazing partner to Earth and treats her like a princess

He brought Lunar back

And he brought old Moon back

He's helped them hunt down NovaFrost

He helped them deal with the Creator, and all this star power stuff

The man has changed.
