There’s no reason to not do the following while you scroll through your dash right now:
-Plank until you feel it in your abs and you don’t think you can hold it. Then hold it for five more seconds.
-Lie on your back and lift your legs up so your toes point to the ceiling. When you bring them back down, let them hover above the bed/ground and then lift them again. Keep going until your stomach burns. Then do five more.
-Lie on your side and lift one leg toward the ceiling while your toes point toward the wall. After your leg starts aching, do five more. Then turn to your other side and do it again.
Now you’ve done an arm, ab, and thigh workout and you’re a little closer to looking the way you want.

Not doing well

I didn't wanna post this bc I'm a pussy but I'm doing it
I binged 2 days in a row (nothing over 1000 cals in a day tho)
I'm always lightheaded.
I'm umping up my calorie intake to 800 for my last few weeks of school.
I'm going to start running everyday at least 2 miles (if we chat often please make sure I stick to that)
I'm trying my best.
I'm failing.
I'm sorry.
