So as usual I was thinking abt DirkJake and their son right?

And just imagined like Jake walking into the bedroom to see Dirk and DJ taking a nap, curled up on the bed with the windows open to hear the waves. Jake doesn’t disturb them because they both look so peaceful. Even with black hair, DJ is a splitting image of Dirk, down to the freckles on his little nose. And Jake would be lying if he never thought about just not coming home. Going on another adventure like he used too. He couldn’t do that though, not anymore. Because DJ and Dirk are always outside waiting for him to come home. Nothing fills Jake’s heart with more joy than seeing his toddler jumping up and down on the porch when he sees his car pulling up. And Dirk is smiling, no shades on. Trying to teach DJ to not hide his emotions. Jake would love to go on an adventure alone again.. but he would have to break two hearts all over again.

Au where Jane pierced Dirk’s ears and it was very emotional for the both of them and someone thought a murder was happening in the basement and she did the first one and had to hold Dirk’s face in her stomach to shut him up and it was very traumatic
