I will never have kids

I wonder if my parents, and most of society, will ever understand that bringing a life into this world is a huge responsibility. For me personally, I cannot fathom the weight of intentionally building up a child to face these harsh realities. I never consented to being born, to have to work for my basic needs, to pretend like there’s a point to mine and other’s suffering, to watch the deterioration of the very planet that gives us life, to read about tragedy every day, and to realize that even the best efforts of the most inspirational people in the world, wasn’t enough to make lasting change. But that’s just the duality of life right?

It is deeply important that we pay attention to why the right is so focused on attacking lgbt people & rights right now. It’s tied to the same fears they have about immigration and reproductive rights. That they are being “replaced”
