Rapid Creek Market finds. After hearing mass, off I went to some gulay shopping. Unlike in Melbourne, asian greens are mostly available only on weekends. If and if you do find some on a weekday, the veggies woild be in very sorry state, literal na lantang gulay ang peg!

Pasta Mitilo or Mussel Spaghetti. My mom’s recipe of ground up mussel up satueed in lots of butter and garlic then seasoned with a bit of Vegetta and some lemon or better with philippine lime juice. Stir in whatever pasta you want and toss it with more crispy garlic and cheese. Wanted to be fancy so i drizzled some truffle oil on top. #Food #foodinfifteenminutes
