Still trying
I have been trying to exercise and it has been going well i have skipped some days and i really noticed that after exercising for about a month straight and then stopping i became more lazy. When i was exercising i had so much energy now i don't. I think exercising gives so much energy and allows you to be productive. So i think exercising is key.

Motivation
On new year started exercise and i ate healthy then on the second of january i received bad news about my health. I felt very bad for myself but today is the th8rd of january i finished a workout and i inted to keep going.
I have made a promise to myself that by the end of 2019 i will have lost a lot of weight and i am going to keep that promise.

6 days till Christmas. I know most of you have familys that think christmas is another word for "eating food", like seriously whats up with that. What I want to say is embrace that meaning of Christmas. 2018 was really annoying, all i wanna do is eat and why not do that on the best holiday, christmas. Eat, get fat or whatever ,will worry about everything else in January.

The journey- balance
Truthfully I let myself go off this journey. Losing weight is not easy. Especially when you have friends and family constantly inviting you to events where you eat foods that are not good for your body. I get that I can choose whether to eat or not to eat the "bad" food, but then you may come off as rude if you do not accept. I am a people pleaser to the point where I can eat food that is disgusting that it could make me puke just to show my gratefulness. The point is having a balance meaning that the whole week you healthy and that one day could be your cheat day. You will feel bad only that day knowing you are going to fix it the next day.

Change
Tomorrow is the first of september o want to bring#change to my lofe. Iwant to start eating healthy, exercising 5 tomes a week to increase my physicality. I want to start praying atleast once a day so i can grow spiritually. For my mental health i want to start reading to increase my knowledge. I want to start reading non-fiction books that can motivate and empower me as i go through life's.
