Can you do headcannons how mello L and Near would take care or you when you're sick /have a cold? (I have a cold rn thats why im askinf :,) )

A/N: just got back to tumblr! I’m sorry for my late response- but here it is! 😞 btw i’ve considered the three of them as if they were close to you! (You can consider them as a friend, partner, etc)

- First of all, he can tell that you’ll get sick without you even notice. He doesn’t say anything the whole day until he suddenly blurts out

— “you’re going to get sick” —which just- makes you laugh since it was very random and out of nowhere.

Turns out he was right- and as soon as he sees you with a cold he says ‘I told you it would happen’ which then leads him to give you an explanation how did he knew and what you should’ve done as soon as he told you- which is kinda annoying- it kinda annoys you- well, it does a lot, specially with your body feeling weak and that headache you were having right now along with the sore throat.

— “Thank you, Ryuzaki, but as you can see all your chatting doesn’t work now because i’m already sick!” —you say when you can’t take it anymore, that’s when he realises he messed up- even though he didn’t meant to.

— “I’m sorry if i’ve upset you” —he says which just makes you feel bad for exploding at him.

Now to the actual headcanons.

- He makes sure you are comfy the whole day. Making sure you get the ‘best chair’ according to him.

— “After doing an analysis, I think you should sit in this chair since this one is the comfiest and will help you with your weak muscles.” —

— “They’re all the same chair..” —

— “Actually, no-“ —

you get what I mean.

- Surprisingly, will ask for two cakes so you get something to eat- as he won’t share of his- but you’ll get a full slice!

- He also makes sure to ask Watari for a cup of tea to make you feel better. He knows exactly what tea helps with what- so you’ll be receiving different teas through the day because he cares about you! (of course not also because he wants to try if it also works in others)

- Though- if you get too close he will slowly and gently push you away from him- or he’ll just slowly get away from you. He cannot afford getting sick while trying to catch Kira!

- If he sees you overworking yourself will scold you and tell you to go and rest. That will only help your headache.

- At the end of the day he cares about you in his own way, and he also keeps going about how he was right about you getting sick..

Well.. he isn’t as nice as L.

He gets annoyed when you tell him you’re sick- like, what?

— “I think I have a cold..” —you tell him as you run your neck, feeling the sore throat slowly become worse.

— “No you don’t” —he immediately replies.

— “Uh- yes I do..” —Mello frowns at that- obviously not enjoying you getting sick.

— “Well that’s stupid- why did you get sick?” —

— “Well i don’t know! How am I supposed to control that!?” —

— “You’re supposed to take care of yourself!” —

- That’s how it goes.. But he’s angry because you neglected yourself, really. And also because you won’t be able be with him!

- You decide to stay in your room as the cold got worse. You needed to rest, so you covered yourself and closed your eyes- though you weren’t actually sleeping. And you swear if you received a dollar for everytime that Mello opened the door to check on you, you would be a millionaire.

- Not being able to see you made him a bit anxious- he was worried! So he went to check on you- multiple times. He didn’t say anything to you, he just opened the door, took a glance and then closed it. It was becoming a bit annoying, specially because Mello was not being silent. But of course if you told him he would get mad.

- At some time you fell asleep and you didn’t realise. You wake up suddenly- you assume it was because Mello came in and slammed the door. You frown, but when you look at your nightstand you notice a cup of tea.

- He doesn’t mean any harm, he’s just worried and frustrated.

- When you’re finally out of the room and you’re near him, he’ll just silently offer you some of his chocolate.

- Will attempt to cook you something (he just buys one of those pre-made soups and heats it up, it tasted nice though)

- He tries his best to take care of you while he fights with his own stubbornness.

- So.. Near‘s reaction is a bit different

- He really has a hard time trying to.. express himself.

— “You don’t look quite yourself today” —he comments when he sees you— “you look sick.” —

— “Oh, because I am” —you reply. Near just stares at you— “so uhm.. i’m a bit down than usual” —you say to- try and keep going with the conversation.

— “I see..” —he just says— “well I hope you feel better..”

That’s how the conversation goes, really.

He doesn’t do much, what can i say, his treatment doesn’t change much

Though you notice how he’s gentler with you the others, not demanding that much

He lets you rest and also lets you near him

While you rest close to him he grabs a strand of your head and plays with it, just like he plays with his. He’s trying to make you feel better..

Will tell Halle or someone else to bring you some medicine or pills for your sore throat and headache, how nice of him!

At the end of the day, he comforts you silently, he really tried his best!

- Mello: i’m pretty sure that he likes metal and rock. I think that his favorite band would be SoaD, and when he was younger he used to listen to Slipknot (he still listens to some of their song). 

- Matt: idk why but I’m 100% sure that he listens to Nirvana and My Chemical Romance, like, I don’t know why but every time I think of it I really can imagine Matt listening to those two bands in his car.

- Near: tbh, I don’t think near is the type of person that listens to music actually, but if he did I’m sure it would be slow music that isn’t too loud, in my headcanons, Near is very sensitive with loud noises or music, it just bothers him and makes his head ache, that’s why I also headcanon that he actually doesn’t listen to music. But in my opinion, he would listen to some lamp songs, they have very slow songs that are very relaxing, especially Yume Utsutsu, I think that would be his fave song tbh.

Linda: Im pretty sure she listens to Marina or bôa. I think that she likes Marina’s voice and the lyrics of her songs, and about bôa, she also like the same things, but, she probably listens to bôa more because I think that the songs would inspire her every time she wants to draw.

B.B: okay, it was kinda hard to think this one, like, he definitely doesn’t listen to music, I really don’t see him as the type to enjoy music, he probably doesn’t care about music and doesn’t thinks about listening to it. BUT, if he did, he would probably listen to Rebzyyx’s songs or pretty little psycho in nightcore (I’m sorry, but if B.B listened to music I definitely see him listening to some nightcore songs)

It’s really hard for me to make B.B headcanons for me, I hope they don’t sound wrong cuz I really don’t know a lot about him, I’m so sorry!

- Sometimes he didn’t sleep because he stayed up all night studying 

- Was afraid that L might not like him. 

- Started to have nightmares at the age of 13

- Sometimes he escaped lessons but he regretted it after because it was an impulsive decission that he used to take when he was stressed. 

- he used to fight a lot with Matt but the next day they would be talking like nothing happenned 

- sometimes he wasn’t feeling well (emotionally) and he would just stay in bed 

- had an mp3 with metal songs 

- since Linda was good at drawing, he wanted to know if he had some kind of “talent”. Thats when he discovered that he was actually good at writting. After that he wrote “ Death Note Another Note: The Los Angeles BB Murder Cases” (also to prove Near that he knew more things about L than him) 

- every single thing that Near did he would turn it into competition, for example: Near was eating? He was going to eat faster just to finish before him.

- Used to smoke to relax but he became addicted and he isn’t proud about that.

- Probably listens to Nirvana. 

- Knows about weapons thanks to the videogames 

- Has a notebook where he vents and writes his problems.

- When he was an adolescent he thought that he had a crush on Mello and he got scared- but then he noticed it was admiration 

- Doesn’t know how to cook neither Mello, so they only eat instant food.

Near general headcanons

- Matt’s and Mello’s death affected him so much, but he will never admit it. 

- Picky eater. The reason of why I think this is because he seems to be really skinny and the fact that he’s very short makes me believe that he barely eats.

- Has a very soft skin 

- He regrets giving Mello’s photo to Mello because he could have something from him. 

- Sometimes he feels guilty about Mello’s death. 

- Thinks that relationships don’t make any sense because he only sees the negative things from it (fights, toxicity, cheating, etc)

- Likes cat, he likes how soft they are and because they are quieter than dogs.

- Doesn’t like when people see him as “L’s succesor” or the “perfect boy”, he just wants to be seen as a normal person. 

- When Mello pointed his gun to Near he got scared, but he didn’t show it because he would have been showing weakness to Mello. 

- Likes fantasy books, being a detective and having to use logic all the time makes him want to rest from it, that’s why he likes fantasy books more. 

- Sometimes he wonders why he looks like a kid. 

- Near doesn’t dislikes Mello but he wouldn’t say that he enjoys being with him due to the hate that Mello felt for him and the bullying.

- Has a little doll of you and that’s the only doll that he cares the most (he cares about the others too, of course)

- Hates outside, loves you because you understand his hate for it.

- He always listens to you when you talk, even if you think he isn’t, he is.

- takes mental note of everything you like

- Buys puzzles so both of you can build them.

- Takes a lot of time for him to open up to you, probably years.

- Mello just wants someone to be proud of him.

- Was actually worried that Near would lose to Kira.
