Okay so for this experiment, you will have to visualise a ladder. Then with your imaginary right hand you gonna hold the ladder, then with your imaginary left hand you hold the ladder. With your imaginary left leg you start to climb the ladder and so on with your right leg. So now you will climb it.

Are you trying to climb the ladder or are you climbing it?

You are not imagining climbing a ladder so you can climb a ladder outside of you, you are actually imagining you climbing that ladder.🩷💕🩷🌸

You are not climbing the ladder knowing that you are not climbing it outside. No. You are actually climbing it. It means that you are identifying yourself with your mental safe climbing the ladder.💕🩷💕

You are being it and doing it. You didn't had to affirm, script,drink your reality or fixing your self concept. You are doing it.

By doing the ladder experiment you were embodying a state. Right now you just embodied the state of someone who is climbing a ladder.💕🩷💕

Having a desire is the same, the ladder is your desire.

You just have to embody a state, that's it.🩷
