One of my most recurring Ganondorf related thoughts is wanting to see a Ganondorf who has been sealed away for eons have to reconcile with how the Gerudo have changed. Especially if he perceives them as doing better without him. Especially especially if they have a new king who is different from Ganondorf in basically every way.

I love finding screenshots of Ganondorf looking calm and content. There's few and far in between and they last only a millisecond in the cutscenes but they put him in a different light.

Thinking about a backstory for a Terminian Ganondorf... Not sure whether Kotake and Koume stole him away from the Gerudo pirates as a child or if as an adult he just went 'yeah I'm not really into this piracy and egg theft stuff' and left to pursue his real dreams (of opening a fishing hole)
