Sul sul, everyone! Today I bring you the Equine Careers Mod- a mod that seeks to bring a base-game-compatible horse career that has an option to be both a horse trainer and an equestrian. Each level has its own requirements with base game skills that are sure to keep your sims busy.

When I'm uninspired I build...

AI built houses to the best of my ability because AI have no logic, floors end abruptly or it doesn't work the way they are showing. I make it work and I make it pretty.

Look up real life houselistings. Usually the cheapest, oldest, least renovated houses I can find. Then I build the same house in the order of blueprint, then the same or as similar as possible furniture as in the ad. And once it's done I clean it out and do a renovated version as if I would have bought the house and removeled it.

Joining facebook groups that post pictures of houses (usually container or other mini houses)

Building after the memory of past houses or apartments I've lived in, my friend lived in etc.

Demolishing nonliveable houses in a town with the goal of rebuilding it with a new order of shops and other stuff. Like adding a modern library, gym, bar, restaurant, park, callcenter etc.

RL houselisting turned into sims house

Real house is built in 2011 and is listed for sale ... It's to say it nicely not my style. Next step in this sims journey is to transform it into a pretty house (or bulldoze it). It's been uploaded to the gallery nonetheless. I forgot about the utility room though. I kind of never want to see the house again.

Here we are! I’m sorry it took me so long to share something!

So this is what you’ll find in this pack:

- Latte skin colors: genetic skin colors, one neutral, one warm, one cool. (I’m using my personal skin overlays, they will appear brighter with EA like default skins and overlays)

- Strawberry blush and raspberry blush: full body. They have two opacity options and four colors. Skin details.

- Panna eyelids: they are in eyeshadows, but work as blush. They will make your eyelids whiter.

- Banana freckles: they are freckles. Full body. Three colors and two opacity options.

- Blueberry eyes: some eyes in various colors. Redish sclera. Both skin details and actual eyes.

AI generated shipping container homes

I like to build shipping container homes in sims, these are some AI generated inspo pics I've saved (can't tell If I "made" them or no though). Building after AI pictures is pretty hard as at first glance they may look normal but the more you study the picture the less it make sense. A lot of guessing needs to be done because there's no logic to these pictures.
