Problem with me im super into variation but its TOO MUCH like each character is super different and im having trouble connecting the knots and even representing them correctly...like main character has very loser black clothing depressed Japanese worker style (i will explain why he is the blandist later when i get a good hold on 88miles and actually have balls to post it *update i got balls two seconds later read below the ---*) and the two secondary characters one has very old english/victorian diva type of style and the other likes rock/opium stuff so like yall see the issue? Is it too much? Im trying a few things and idkkkkkk if it works or not

The main idea of this whole thing is that me as a person i digest a disgusting amount of media (ps2&3&4 games, 80s 90s and esp 00s movies classics and in every genre possible, and lots of MANGA and now manhwas and stuff) i just get a pinch of reference here and here and there and boom i created this abomination

One thing i noticed about almost all of these the main character was always ALWAYS either (loser, nerd, bullied, poor) etc etc and always became strongest without any logical reasons despite having people stronger etc

I swear this pissed me off from childhood till this day because you can always lose??? Ofc theres people other than you?? Like tf...

Especially appearance wise that pissed me off and them being women magnets like 🤨 why dont you SUCK...why aren't you a LOSER 🤨🤨🤨🤨

I naturally drifted and got hooked on shows games that had unique main characters (think slam dunk, tokyo ghoul, my fav example brutal, games like silent hill, yakuza, tekken etc etc so many examples) and definitely games with more than one character and multiple choices instead of getting that same old bitchass every scene (mortal kombat, re)

The only honorable mention is ff cause cloud is a beautiful loser and he has a nice story and all elements of funny, intense and evil are sprinkled in the game

Sorry this was long but do yall get the vision? Yes i was a story with a point villians etc like i need a switch up.

And as for 88 miles I'll give you short summary (villians with morals vs villians without morals vs the corrupted police vs the good police vs the government vs the rich) *its how the story ties together but main theme is villains vs villians*.

Equipped with people from multiple countries (featured later on) and people of all opinions and genres. (Ages not so much its mostly 25 and up but i dooooo have a plan for a little spinoff/side story about highschoolers its mostly for the humor since the story might get dry from how much violence and stuff is mentioned)

So yeah stay tuned i guess (for a few years lmfao i made this when i was in middle fucking school now im less than half a year away from university)

the room was cloaked in the soft, muted light of early morning, the kind that barely crept through the cracks in the curtains. the air was cool against your skin, but the warmth beside you was irresistible, pulling you in like gravity. his chest rose and fell steadily, the faint rhythm a quiet reassurance in the stillness.

bed was a mess — twisted sheets half-hanging off the mattress, pillows scattered here and there, the faint scent of sweat, sex and cologne lingered in the air, mingling with the crisp chill air of dawn seeping through the window. yet the chaos around you felt distant, insignificant compared to the gentle haven you found against him.

you pulled the sheet higher over yourself, feeling vulnerable in ways you hadn’t expected. this wasn’t supposed to feel like this.

you shifted closer, resting your head on his chest. his heartbeat thudded softly beneath your ear, steady and calming. his arm slid around you instinctively, pulling you tighter to him, as if he was afraid you might slip away. you felt his lips brush against the top of your head, so light it was almost imperceptible, but the gesture carried a tenderness that made your chest ache.

his hand moved slowly, tracing patterns along your spine. each motion was deliberate, soothing, as though he was trying to erase the tension that had settled in your body. your fingers splayed against his side, seeking him, grounding yourself in the solidity of his presence.

outside, busan was waking up — muffled sounds of distant traffic, a bird’s hesitant song. but in here, it was still, quiet. storm of your lives, the dangers that waited beyond this fragile cocoon, felt impossibly far away.

he let out a low, contented hum, his fingers brushing up to your shoulder and then down again in a lazy rhythm. “you’re quiet,,” he murmured, more to himself than to you, his voice rough after long silence.

you shrugged. “so are you.”

sighing, you burrowed closer into his chest. weight of the unspoken hung between you, but neither of you dared to break it. not now, not when this moment felt so impossibly safe. his lips grazed your hair again, a silent promise he couldn’t put into words.

the sheets tangled further as you adjusted, your leg slipping over his. he didn’t complain, didn’t push you away. instead, his other hand came up to rest on your back, his touch light but firm. the faint pressure steadied you, reassured you, in ways words never could.

the light through the blinds grew softer, the sun just beginning to crest the horizon. you closed your eyes, letting the steady rise and fall of his chest lull you into a quiet calm. for now, the world beyond this room didn’t exist. for now, you could pretend.

and in his arms, you almost believed it was enough.
