          Hey, y’all!  This is just me letting you know that I’m going on a SMALL HIATUS starting on VALENTINE’S DAY (2/14/17).  I’m going on a WORKING VACATION in Orlando, Florida with my mom for a film festival/family reunion.

          I’ll be gone until roughly 2/28/17.  That’s two weeks.

          I’ll have my computer with me, but wifi will probably be spotty.  I’ll still be available via IMs and whatnot, but replies will probably be slow/nonexistent in that time frame.

          This will be going into my queue to constantly remind you lmfao.

          Now was probably not the BEST TIME to say that she’d never gone to said HAWKINS HIGH.  Which was PRECISELY why Calypso didn’t say anything on that subject, save for a quiet, “Ah.”.  Hands were SHOVED INTO HER POCKETS, shoulders shrugging awkwardly, “I was homeschooled, so.  I’ve probably just seen you around town.” Good save, “You ever go to the diner?  i’m a waitress there, maybe that’s where I’ve seen your face.”

BRENNAN:

          “alright, alright. so, if you remember, there was a plate of brownies on the table when you walked in, right? well, those ain’t jus’ any old brownies. those’re some special brownies.” he hoped the goofy grin on his face would help her understand just what he meant. “you didn’t eat any, did ya?”

          SHE WAS GOING TO KILL HIM.  Calypso was smiling, yes, but that didn’t mean that she wasn’t feeling the slightest bit HOMICIDAL.  Her brain was beginning to feel as if it were FOGGY.  Oh, she HATED him, “.....you did NOT make pot brownies.” You FUCKING ASSHOLE, “You DID NOT.” Oh, but obviously he HAD, “Goddamnit, Brennan.  You just got me high, didn’t you?” The world felt....floaty.  So, YES.  He had.

DEATH:

            “I had to look for you, just to be sure you were alright. Nothing, not a peep, for months. Really, Caly?” He seemed less angry–though he was definitely angry– and more just disappointed. 

          My GOD, she felt HORRIBLE.  Calypso had never been good with this sort of thing, that was why she was HARDLY EVER in a relationship.  She always ended up RUNNING AWAY, for one reason or another, “I had to take some time to sort things out for myself.  I didn’t know how to tell you.  I didn’t want you to think I didn’t love you anymore...”

NEWT SCAMANDER:

“It’s an act,” was his automatic response. The niffler purred, leaning into her touch and blinking innocently at them both.

“Your time is valuable, Miss Fallon,” Newt said, tucking his body in as to not appear threatening. His lips curled into a shy, soft smile and he couldn’t deny the warmth in his green eyes. Her laughter was as sweet as bird song to his ears.

“I hate to impose on someone so sweet, but I suppose it can’t be helped…” The Magizoologist and beast both shared a meaningful look before he maneuvered them under his arm. “I was wondering if you’d do me the honor of lunch.”

          Calypso was pleasantly TAKEN ABACK by this.  She didn’t mind, obviously, but she certainly hadn’t been EXPECTING this.  Not in the slightest.  A small smile began to GROW on her face, eyes TWINKLING with DELIGHT.

          “Yes, of course.” Thank goodness she didn’t say that TOO QUICKLY or she would’ve been extremely EMBARRASSED.  She wasn’t very good at keeping her EMOTIONS on the down low.  Wore her heart on her sleeve, so to speak.  She thought that was the correct expression?

          “I would be absolutely delighted.” She added on after a quick moment of CONTEMPLATION, hands clasped before her and lips spreading into an even wider smile, finally showing her teeth this time.  She was positively GIDDY and wanted to bounce off the walls, but that just wouldn’t do.
