Strobe Edge Favourite Band

If anyone noticed, in around chapter 26 or so, Sakisaka Io, the author of Strobe Edge gave us extra bonus page consisting of the profile of each character, includes their favorite musician. Now here's the list and brief explanation of each *based on what i know ahahha.

Ninako: Ikimonogakari / いきものがかり

this one suits Ninako just right. the easy cheery pop band with female vocal. sample track: uruwashiki hito, miso soup

Ren: The Specials

don't really know about this band, but wiki says that it was ska revival band from England. though i would expect Ren to listen something more like Mongol 800 or Beat Crusader ehehehe. sample track: too much too young

Andou: capsule

haha of course Andou would listen to Capsule. Capsule is an electronic duo by Yasutaka Nakata and Toshiko Koshijima. Nakata also produced several (if not all) releases from Perfume, MEG, Coltemonikha and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu. the genre played by Capsule also generally known as picopop. sample track: jumper, CONTROL

Gac-chan: Arashi

Sayuri: MEG

another picopop solo who (mostly) produced by Nakata. you got the gist. sample track: freak, amai zeitaku

another japanese alt-rock. Yoo has the image of someone who will listen to Bump of Chicken to. i used to watch Sailing Day MV almost everyday in high school too :p. sample track: sailing day, planetarium
