Tiffany and Melissa:

melissa's the only one of the wolf pack to be on a nickname basis with tiffany, the others tried the nickname thing but tiffany shut it down immediately

definitely have matching pink/blue or blue/purple scrunchies

childhood bsfs, 100% - melissa's "lapdog" loyalty stems from being not-so-subtly dropped from tiffany's inner circle when other girls caught onto the fact tiffany was from an affluent family in shadyside when they were younger (secretly hoped she'd be able to reconcile with tiffany at some point and they did!)

tiffany cornered her in a bathroom in freshman year after getting tired of her current friends, inviting her back into the fold with open arms (got inches from her face and all "you need me" and how could melissa say no to that face?)

melissa has a love-hate relationship with being in tiffany's orbit, oftentimes hating feeling like she has to cater to tiffany's worldview in spite of her own morals and opinions but has a steely resolve to do so nonetheless because ur honour that's her girl!!!

tiffany gifted melissa a pearl necklace and golden pearl earrings so they'd be matching, quickly became a staple in tiffany's outfits

melissa dislikes making fun of the granger's as her dad is a sunnyvaler who she rarely sees, so she empathises with lori

melissa has a push-pull relationship with tiffany, whenever they fell out she'd always find herself drawn back in

melissa only got a boyfriend because tiffany encouraged her to, she was the last in the wolf pack to get a boyfriend (first tiffany, then linda, then debbie)

in a post show depression after icbiballtay night 2 I fear I won’t recover until next march 😭 like wdym I witnessed boy toy, join us and die, 3 spirits, hatchet town, and Corey sang the opening verse to axe man at me likeeee it was unreal, if I weren’t 2nd row I would’ve filmed bc my memory is not enough (and I have a bad memory sooo)

idk if this is me being an idiot and rambling but what if Janet’s key is her lab coat? idk if I’m remembering right but didn’t Maddie find Janet’s lab coat in what we now know is Mr Martin’s scar earlier in the season, like in the 2x07 flashbacks with Mr Martin forcing Janet into the scar, we see he kept his watch outside of it but if her key could be her lab coat, what if he put it in his scar which he made sure she couldn’t access so that she couldn’t escape or pass on?

when Janet talks about her experience with the scar, she mentions that she doesn’t see the charred walls or the woman that Maddie sees when she uses the watch, of course leading to the conclusion that it’s Mr Martin’s scar, but Janet also doesn’t mention seeing the lab coat - the one thing we know has a strong possibility of being her key besides the key is a person thing that Yuri mentions - which to me is either an intentional omission or something not important though I feel like that contradicts the significance of the lab coat to Janet not only because of it’s personal value to her like the embroidery of her name, but also what it represents - her future.

anyways idk if this is me being hyperfixated on this show or what but I hope this made sense 😭
