LITERALLY !! My top half is amazing and my bottom half is so bad
The reason is because women hold onto fat in their lower belly and thighs and hips because of hormones 😭
But we will not let hormones win!!
I hate how I carry weight. like my stomach is flat as a board and I love my collarbones and hipbones but my ribcage is so fkn wide. and I carry like all the weight in my thighs and hips.

Ive been so good with my eating, always working out everyday...BUT THE NUMBER STILL GOES HIGHER 😡😡😡
I had ONE packet of crisps cos I thought it would be OK because im being so good...CICO and that...but NO even that has betrayed me
I am so pissed off. They say you can't eat too little and need to eat over 1000 otherwise your body goes into panic mode and holds onto fat. But eating over 1000 is clearly not working out for me.
I think i need to do the fast 800 diet. They say you lose 1kg every week or fortnight. Going to research that more and then go shopping for the food.
I was trying to do this d1et in a way where food could still taste good. But now I really really dont give a fuck about taste. No sauces, no condiments, no sugar,no salt - i just want to be skinny!!!!!

joined the gym and im so excited!
I already have a mini treadmill at home and adjustable dumbells and space to do HIIT but I would like the gym for the stair master and the incline on the gym treadmill cos mine doesn't have incline
Im hoping this helps shift the plateau
If I increase the HIIT to 4x a week, jog everyday for 30-40 minutes and do stair master (45 mins) followed by incline fast walk (30 mins) x2 a week and eat in a calorie defecit then surely to God i will lose this fat !!!
First gym day is Friday! Can't wait 😁

👙 Your body is a receipt of every workout you chose to skip.

🐠 You say you want to reach your gw, but your actions scream otherwise.

Workout Tips ✨✨
🌺 If workouts are getting boring, play just dance. I burn 200c in 30 minutes. If you don’t have the game, look up videos on youtube.
🦜 To get more steps in, pace around your house before and after every meal for 10 minutes or if you have a treadmill use it. In 10 minutes you can walk 1000 steps, so thats an extra 6000 steps if you eat 3 times a day.
🐬 If you don’t have one already, invest in a treadmill and PUT IT IN YOUR ROOM. That way, you won’t forget about it and will feel guilty every time you pass it without getting on.
