so I just entered my data into a cal restriction calculator and if I stick to a maximum of 1.100 cals a day, I should be able to reach my first GW around the end of October.
it's just 4 kg. I can do 4 kg.

here's what we're gonna do:
I wanna do this right this time, as right as I can at least.
my goal is to create a meal plan around these foods/food groups for the remainder of the year:
protein: boiled eggs, beans/legumes/lentils, nuts, tofu
carbs: oatmeal, maybe rice
fiber: spinach smoothie, vegetable soups, fruit
drinks: water, coffee with plant milk
Supplements: magnesium at night, maybe Vitamin C and D in the morning
realistically, this is super doable and covering most to all of the nutrients my body needs. I don't want to feel worse than I need to and I want to eventually get healthy. only thing I need to incorporate again is a strict calorie limit, which would be the more unhealthy part of my plan.
the difficult part will be the cooking as my ADD brain literally hates preparing food for no apparent reason. but for that reason, I will stick to simple recipes. boiling eggs or veggies and mashing them up into a soup really doesn't take a lot of effort. preparing overnight oats or my daily spinach smoothie isn't either. so I really don't have much of an excuse. I will simply have to get my shit together and do the cooking when it needs ro be done aswell as wake up early enough so I have the time in the morning.

My goal weight for the end of October is 50kg (which will be my lowest weight yet!!)
Im 5’7 and my latest weigh in was 51.9, my lowest weight is 51.6 a few days ago
I know 2 kg is not a massive amount to lose in 3 weeks but I got referred and my family knows now so it’s pretty much impossible for me to do long fasts
so I’m trying to lose weight a bit more slowly (as annoying as it is) so they don’t hospitalise me 🫡😍 yay!
Im gonna update you all on how it’s going but it would be great if you gave me some motivation for the next week 🙏🏼🙏🏼
