“Sneks! I just love sneks!”
I just got mobbed by nine year old girls while I was looking at a gaboon viper. They were in absolute awe over how pretty its eyes are and how cool the tongue is.
I remember getting super bullied at that age by other girls for liking reptiles, and these girls just had no fear, no repulsion, just total admiration for this amazing animal.
I’m so, so happy.
