2+2=4
I recently saw some post regarding duration of your manifestation, so I just wanna share some of my thoughts. Why do people still believe that some time has to pass in order for your manifestation to arrive? YOU are the creator of your reality. You deserve to manifest right there and then.
What does this mean?
You don’t have to wait, you don’t have to invent some method or technique just to get what you want. My assumption is, that as soon as the sheer thought of any desire pops up in my head, I ALREADY have it. I don’t need to formulate it to extremely precise detail, I don’t need to affirm or write it down hundreds of times. All I do is say it once, and during this one time I put the most confidence into this sentence, like it is something so essential, so obvious to everyone as 2+2=4, like it is a law. Then just forget about it, let it go and receive it instantly.And so can YOU. Because you shape the reality around you, your assumptions do. Are you worthy of receiving something you want right now? Yes. Is there anything in this world that is preventing you from it? No. Do you have to put in any effort? No.Say it once and the reality has to obey, because you are the creator.
Now, everything said above is what I believe, and this mindset gave me actual instant results.
Here are some examples of stuff I manifested instantly:
manifested someone else to press the ‘stop’ button on the bus, just bcs I was too lazy to raise my hand and press the button in front of me lmao( I do it everytime now. It can literally be a random person I’ve never seen)
manifested my mom texting me and telling me that she will pick me up from the mall later, just because I wanted to spend more time wandering in a cosmetics store
manifested my father telling me he got a pay rise
manifested extra lessons being cancelled bcs I was too lazy to attend
manifested meeting dp in random places(COUNTLESS times), dp texting me etc
manifested getting gifted make up, flowers etc
manifested getting a fondue station( all I did was literally think “I want some chocolate fondue” and then brushed it off)
manifested receiving money randomly from my parents
These are some real, recent examples of how I used this mindset and got what I wanted. While these are small, I did receive many significant results, but I just find these mundane manifestation examples show just how instant it can be.

Hii!! This post is dedicated to explaining some of the relaxation techniques I use to get into the alpha state. ( Basically stuff I do to get into a meditative state, to clear my mind. Like preparation to get into the void.)
Backstory
So first of all, I want to mention that I have adhd. Many of the methods I saw which use continuous counting or focusing solely on your breath I find boring and too repetitive. During these exercises I usually put on some recordings like subliminals/theta waves or relaxing sounds like rain.
Reminder!!
None of these are a must. You DON’T have to be perfectly relaxed or concentrated to shift/induce void state. I just do these because I enjoy it, and because I find it works for me.
1st technique:
So what I do here is similar to linear counting, however I insert sequences of forward and backward counting if that makes sense??
Let me elaborate. I would begin by counting from 1-10, then from 20-10, from 20-30 and from 40-30 etc. Between each count I inhale and exhale. Alternatively I would affirm between each number( e.g if I want to induce pure consciousness).
This technique involves focusing on multiple aspects at a time( breathing, counting and/or affirming), so I find that my mind doesn’t wander off as much.
2nd technique:
It is based on the same principle, but this time it revolves around breath only. So what I do is inhale and exhale, and simultaneously visualise any shape( e.g I usually do petal), like a square or a circle. Basically as I breathe in I would visualise that a half of my shape outline gets filled in, and when I breathe out the other half does. Sometimes I count the breaths, sometimes I don’t, depending on what I feel like doing.
That’s about it. I hope I explained it well.
