What's that symbol on the right pic?
Internet says:
OTE's previous logo⇒ https://logos.fandom.com/wiki/OTE
A Megapolisomancy's symbol
Mega-cities are a new phenomenon in our civilization and have often troubled people interested in mystery.  A group of people supports that our cities are not as boring as they might deems, that they hide secret spots and messages. Connoisseurs of such knowledge are considered to be gaining access to the practise of Astymageia or Astymanteia (Urban magic or Urban prophetics, a new “science of cities”.
“What’s wrong with those odd symbols on pavement plaques?”
by Giorgos Ioannidis, 24/02/12
The enigma of magic seals, those odd symbols that have been inscribed on pavement metal plaques in cities, is more or less known to all of us. Identical to the chemtrails, it is a mystery “to each and every one of us can easily observe, just by stepping out of their home and walking in neighborhoods close by. Sooner or later they will meet small (usually) metal plaques covering water “clocks”, pipes or nothing at all - plaques inscribed with pentalphas, concentric circles, stars and other weird symbols. What is actually going on with those plaques? Who places them there and why?
As of “who”, it seems difficult to find out nowadays since those who have dealt with the matter (from the era of Giorgos Balanos who first published this riddle, to Thanasis Bempo, APostolos Hedaris and other researchers -amateurs or not) have come to the conclusion that the design of these plaques happened a couple of decades ago, were partially constructed by companies in China, while distribution in the market in large quantities was at least until the 90s.
The age of those plaques is also proven by the fact that most of them are in central parts of cities, in relatively old neighborhoods, more rarely in very old and never in new ones. Another important element is that similar plaques exist abroad. The elegant plaques of Japan, USA, United Kingdom and France are characteristic. In the famous autobiographical novel of french Joris-Karl Huyasmans La-Bas (1891) there are references to plaques on pavements of Paris with alchemical symbols. The theories that explain this whole subject are three: 1) the plaques have no special configuration, are randomly placed and were designed this way for purely aesthetic reasons. So we are looking for conspiracy theories and magic seals where there is none. Typical of this are the big, circular plaques in the center of Thessaloniki where they designed a triangle with a circle and a dot in the center. Is it the familiar symbol of All Seeing Eye? Of course not. It is just the acronym of Municipality of Thessaloniki. On the other hand 2) it is possible that these plaques were designed by someone knowing the importance of symbols -maybe some uneasy artist or an accustomed mason- who intended to decorate the streets with images hiding deeper meanings.
Another theory suggests that, not only did the person designing them know what they were doing, but that the plaques are placed in specific spots, for very specific purposes.
The reasons might concern matters of cryptography or be rather paraphysic, relating therefore with telluric currents running through earth’s strata in a conscientious effort to control those currents.
In Mystery vol.31 I explain the secrets of Urban Shamanism in relation to this topic, as well as in my book Necronomicon (2008) I decode this energetic usefulness of these plaques - as for example the symbol of two tangential circles represents a point of focus or the passage/flow of energy. The simple pentaktinos signifies some bioenergetic schism, while in its center there is a dot, that signifies an open portal and so on.
Somewhere in between reality, conspiratorial exaggeration and urban legend magic, the enigma of odd plaques will continue to charm generations in search of mystery in their every step.

(before and after)
walk straight again
on your right you see the green bus lane
under the lane, optic fibers had been put years ago
new concrete had covered them
but the green paint covered all the concrete patches
keep walking straight, look up
some cables are crossing the sky
turn left and then go straight

look up, you can see an antenna complex right across you
it’s the OTE building, makes sense for the antenna to be there
they empty the building: they’re leaving?
what will happen to the antenna?
continue straight
more cables in the sky
turn left

look right and left
you can see electrical boxes everywhere
providing power to houses and shops
go near a box and observe
you can see the watts, numbers counting the hours
while the power is consumed
everything is on
watch that alarm on right
one light on, then the other, blink blink on the orange glass

note b)
the street is under construction after the floods
maybe to erase what the flood left behind
dirt, dust, rocks are everywhere
the only thing untouched are these manholes
Vodafone manholes, ΔΕΗ manholes
power, phone, internet going through and under them:
if it weren’t for these metal caps
all these infrastructure would be invisible
out of sight, out of mind

turn around, go back, turn left, you reached the Library again
it reminds you of the flood
the building hasn’t escape it yet
it’s been 8 months

go near these doors, take a look inside
all these trucks, bulldozes are parked in front of the entrance
try to cut in between them, there you go
you can smell the damp filling the building from here
maybe there’s mold, too

closer look:
dust on the floor; it was water, it became mud and then dust took in
just like it happened to the rest of the city
but here· no one cleaned the dust here
it’s like a flood museum
