What do you stand to lose?

No, literally. Would you lose anything if you persisted? Persisted in the fact that you have your desires, that you are living your dream in your drs? If you just carried yourself with conviction and belief in yourself? The answer is simple, no.

For the small price of persisting in something, wholeheartedly believing that it's true and yours, you could have the world. Anything you desire, grand adventures, solving old mysteries, falling in love, all of that. It's all in your fingertips, nestled into the palm of your hands.

Every time you come to face with something you dislike, something you're trying to manifest away a simple affirmation is all you need. Slowly and steadily build upon it whenever you think of it, whether it be that you still haven't shifted (even though you have), that you still don't have you're dream body (you do actually), dream grades (bffr, Harvard is calling you), your dreams in general. Instead of thinking negatively about it which solidifies their existence in your reality, think the opposite. You HAVE that body, you ARE a master shifter, you HAVE amazing grades, you're LIVING that dream.

Slowly but surely their place in your reality starts to fade and your desires take their place. A small price really. So instead of believing your senses, distance yourself from it, remember that your senses do not create reality but you do. It's always been mind over matter.

Lately, as I started doing some deeper research on shifting, I noticed that I’ve been feeling weird? I’ve been interested in shifting for about five years now, but I realized that my first exposure to it was during the Shifttok era. Now that I’m beginning to truly understand and practice real shifting, I’ve started experiencing some strange emotions. I’ve been trying to let go and not overthink it. I do affirmations before bed, and then go on with the next day as if nothing happened. There's a sense of longing, but I just say “whatever” and keep going. I know these are all illusions, but I feel like I'm already there, just on vacation, away from the people there, and I miss them. I'm not someone who can explain myself very well, sorry.

Shifting is something very personal so I can't 100% understand what exactly you are feeling but I do remember that I felt something similar about shifting once I joined shiftblr and started practicing it for real, I just wanna say that when you said:

"I know these are all illusions, but I feel like I'm already there, just on vacation, away from the people there"

YOU ARE ALREADY THERE !!!!

That longing feeling is something common among shifters I'm pretty sure of. I feel like it's a connection between us and our drs because we're able to start longing for a place we've "never" been to before. Also, I personally don't believe that overthinking is much of a problem, it only becomes a problem when you start doubting yourself. Even when "nothing happens" after all the affirmations you've said in bed the night before I still think something did happen.

"Mind over matter" is arguably the basis of shifting and the fact that you shouldn't trust your senses so even when you don't see change and you still wake up in your cr and all, the fact that you are longing for your dr and that you feel like you're already there, just on vacation is proof of the fact that you are on the right path and that somethings occurring within your subconscious for you to feel that way !!

Don't be sorry over not being able to explain yourself well !! I'm also bad at it :) Hope this helped, good luck shifting anonnie !!
