how have you changed? appearance-wise? personality-wise? have you matured, or do you still feel the same?

personality-wise... i've both matured and regressed. i'm more cynical, more driven, more "if that's what it takes to take down the villains, so be it"... but i'm also more childish, more prone to tantrums, more likely to giggle all the time. it's a strange dichotomy where i'll be acting happy and almost innocent around my friends, and then immediately become apathetic and goal-oriented when the context becomes more serious (like hero missions).

appearance-wise... god, where do i even start. i still have my red-and-white hair that i had when i was a toddler. only between then and now, i've gone through many phases. teal hair, baby pink, orange, purple, multicolour, underdye, face-framing dye... i've really done it all. but i always come back to my natural candycane locks.

i'm not scared of the kettle, i'm just healthily wary of potential burns... i'd been upstairs, i think. no, downstairs, coming back from Sekoto peak with Touya. watching TV with Fuyumi? i'm not sure, the details are foggy. what i remember is hearing screaming. my mom's screaming, the kettle's screaming, Shouto's screaming, then Touya's. there were two voices, then three, then two, then four. i don't remember running to the kitchen with Touya, but i can still hear my little footsteps pitter-patting. there was a dysfunctional family, then a strange woman, a girl, and a big brother taking care of his little brother, then a dysfunctional family again. Touya barked out orders at Fuyumi and Natsuo while he held Shouto's eye under running water and Rei cried hysterically. there were six, then five, then four... i walked to my mom, but Touya said to stay away from the woman? i left the kitchen, feeling confused and scared, so there were only three, now. daddy was angry when he came home to find paramedics taking my twin brother away. there were seven, then six, then five, then six, then five. the other two didn't come back for ten years.

Dabi and i, messing around at the League's base... i told him that pinkies are as fragile as baby carrots, and that we COULD bite them off, but our brains stop us from doing it to ourselves. Dabi was interested in testing my theory. cue Kurogiri lecturing us about "safety precautions" and "just because Roxie has a healing Quirk does not mean we should deliberately get injured"...

"awwe, she looks so cute posing in mid-air... wait, she's FALLING TO HER DEATH!"... Hawks had been flying with me on his back for PR purposes. he had dropped me in the middle of our flight, hundreds of meters up in the air. i did not take it nearly as seriously as i should've, posing like crazy for the cameras of the (panicked, horrified) people on ground level. i was two meters away from becoming a meat pancake when Hawks swooped in and saved me. people often use this incident to argue that a hero can be both competent and have no self-preservation instincts whatsoever.

the true power of matter control... it had been the middle of one of Aizawa's lectures, when i'd been giggling about something embarrassing with Kaminari and Sero. Aizawa had taken notice of us and called us out. not wanting to say what we were laughing about, i lied and said "umm, dwayne 'the rock' johnson is outside, in the courtyard, in a my little pony cosplay, dancing inappropriately". aizawa looked out the window. i panicked. not wanting to be called out on my bluff, i used my quirk to create a human (??) matching the description i'd given. when teachers went to escort him off campus, fake dwayne became..? aroused...? violent...? it was hard to tell. either way, it lead to a very absurd (mildly sexual on the humanoid's part?) fight between the pro heroes and the now-half-naked-fake-dwayne in half his MLP cosplay. the entire school had to be evacuated. Kaminari and Sero both swore none of us would ever tell anyone the truth of what happened. i bribed Hatsume so she'd hack the security footage and send it to me. UA banned MLP cosplays from then on, out of fear of someone recreating the events during one of the Halloween parties. worth it.

i FULL CHEST ENTIRELY SYMPATHISE WITH VILLAINS!!! in fact, over my lifespan, i release three (3 👌👌👌) manifestos, and discrimination & fucked up heroes are 90% of their contents. the roxie manifesto, the nami manifesto, and then the isa manifesto ALL go deep in on those kinds of subjects, but Roxie's in particular is the most pro-villain out of them all

These were people, say their names when you talk about their life and death, not their villain pseudonyms. They are people before anything else, just like you and I, even if you don't understand or agree with certain choices of theirs. These are the people the “heroes” killed. These are the people the system failed. If they had succeeded, you would've called them revolutionaries, not terrorists. Don't believe me? Tell me about the French revolution.

I personally didn't ever agree with their violent methods, but after seeing what the heroes did to them, I think they should've gone harder. And might I add that if the system was so good, a small group of people would not have been able to get so much support (namely MLA and Spinner’s followers), because they would've been content with things the way they are.

not to mention!! after i graduate from UA i start a foundation to support victims of all kinds of abuse and discrimination, and to rehabilitate villains on patrol. and because i build up that foundation, and also because i make a lot of very political media, the hero rankings end up being abolished when i'm in my thirties.

somebody asked me about mha politics regarding villains… and I feel like the post talking about the two extremes would be fun, but that’s too much work.

but there’s villain sympathizers — people who believe villains have a point and excuse their actions, some as necessary issues or the obvious consequences of the system. this group has its obvious extremist which are the loud ones online. this includes people who are personally oppressed by the system for villainous quirks, or generally hate heroism.

there’s anti villainism all together, who feel like no matter what villains are going through or experiencing, this is not the way to do it. this group has its loud ones online who use villains horrible acts as reasons why they hate villains, this includes people who were personally affected by villains.

there are hero fanboys who are basically stans; they fall outside of the political group bc they are mostly children/teenagers. they will probably grow up to be anti villain. They have anti villain Stan in their dni criteria.

there’s also the villain fanboy. take everything I said about hero fanboys and reverse it.

there’s the middle ground who can understand each side is too nuanced to take a side. Fully against villains or for villains. That’s where I land. most people land here.
