start treating ur cr like it's a dr u shifted to

hey heyyy hope u all are doing well, ik it's been a while since i've posted advice here BUT i have found a technique that works rly well with me when manifesting in my cr.

so yk how shifters say the lifa app can help u script in scenarios, make changes to ur reality, and stuff while ur in ur dr? well that typa stuff can work in ur cr too. and im saying cr as in like the reality where we think of jobs and school and tr*mp and cars and tiktok and whatnot. aka, the reality where many of u initially started out with thinking u have limited power.

anyways, onto the method. me personally, i just used a script by madiee.shifts (better cr one) and just chose to use it to describe my current reality. from there, i just used the pages (like scenarios, love interests, timeline, etc.) to describe how i wanted my reality to go, thinking of my current reality as one i shifted to (cuz it's true). what happened with that is that i just sorta better assumed what i put down was gonna come true, and it did.

i feel like a lot of times when manifesting in our cr we think of our power as limited whereas when we shift to a dr we know fs we have the power there to do whatever we want. tho that's not necessarily true, u have the power to do that in any reality u want. and i think this technique rly breaks down the mental walls of oh u have to know/feel that u shifted to a whole diff reality to actually use all the powers u have.

i manifested my sp, basically after going on a date with them i decided, ykw, i like this goober. and so i went to the love interests page on my script and put down that they were my love interest, and we never broke up. that same week he hit me up and i invited him to my place where he stayed the night saying that he rly enjoyed the date and rly liked me. for safety measures i also put that he's a genuine person, is true abt his feelings, and communicates well, and that's also showing up :3

i also use a manifesting log as well, and I'll post the template for it soon!

Im so glad i know about shifting, i can be a spy, a monk, a scientist, a singer, a professional athlete, a wizard, a superhero, an alien, a farmer, a politician, a professor, a mother, a nepo baby, a youtuber, an explorer, and more. I have zero limits.
