Dudhsagar Falls is a four-tiered waterfall located on the Mandovi River in the Indian state of Goa.

It is the 4th tallest waterfall in India.

'Dudhsagar' name itself says it "Sea of milk". It's not easy to reach this spectacular place , you need a proper planning..

How to Reach??..🧐

By Air - Nearest airport is in Goa. You can hire a car or take bus till falls.

By Train - There are lot of train options available which goes through the route of Falls. One such train is Goa express which stops at Dudhsagar station. Other trains stops at Castle Rock Station during Day Time.

By Road - One can take a bus from Mumbai and reach Goa. From there , take a private cabs/taxis to reach Mollem Village. From here you can hire transport to reach Falls.

Note - By road,you can only reach to the base or bottom of Falls. To reach at the top of Falls, one has to trek.

Then I highly recommend to visit Rajgad Fort, Pune. Even though the fort is believed to have been built several centuries ago in the early medieval period of India,it mostly recognised for it's related with the Maratha Empire.

Rajgad Fort is located in the Pune district of Maharashtra state of India. As per records, this fort remained the capital of the Maratha Empire for more than 2 decades and it is the place where Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj - the Great Maratha King stayed for maximum number of days in the country.

By Air - The nearest airport to the fort is located in Pune at a distance of 75 km. On reaching Pune, one can hire a cab or use public transport to reach Pali- base village of fort. And it's place from where one needs to trek up the hill.

By Rail - One can catch a direct train to Pune Railway station and from there hire a cab or public transport to reach Pali.

By Road - The village of Pali is easily accessible by road. From the village, you need to trek up the hill to reach the fort.
