and also... alot of people may not know or take me seriously but i get horrible PTSD nightmares literally everynight and it sucks, like i genuinely hate going to bed sometimes because i know ill have to relive horrible scenarios and traumatic events again... trying to get more prazosin since it was a life saver, but i ran out :(

imma be super honest just cuz i have told literally nobody including my family and boyfriend 😭 but ive been in and out of hospitals for the past 2 weeks and got kept inside a psychiatric ward for a few days, its so funny since literally b4 i got laid off from my job i felt like i was doing fine but then it spiraled once they ran out of work. maybe its bc ive been unmedicated ever since a week ago and dont rlly wanna go back on my antidepressants... basically... errmm.. yeah im like super fucked up rn mentally, expect art soon since its the only thing that ive rlly been lookin forward to :(
