Returning to my roots
Username/URL change. I'm going back to my original username invisible-explosions. Just feels right, it feels more creative and it still resonates with me. I changed it to my name because I had thought it would be more professional but honestly I think having a tiny bit of personality is okay and not something to avoid, for me! I'm still fairly active on here and it feels weird having all my likes and follows be from like.. My Name. so! back to the OG invisible-explosions we go :-)

feeling tired. i've written and rewritten and deleted this kind of post too many times.
i am a "they". i'm not a daughter or a son i'm not a brother or a sister or a man or a woman. i'm both. i'm neither. i'm nowhere even close and i'm a bit of both - with a bit extra thrown in! i'm just a person, a sibling, a child, a grandchild, a partner, a nonbinary individual. i never correct people when they use the wrong terms for me but it's getting to be too much to let it slide. i've spent too many years dwelling on this to wait for everyone to notice. i'm nonbinary. use neutral language regarding me, or use a mix of gendered language for me. but the least you can do is believe me.

Hey everyone! I know I haven't been posting work as often as I once did (I used to do a new photo every other day!!). Editing photos to post here just moved lower and lower on my priorities, and while it's still something I care about I haven't put much time in lately. I started to spend my time on other things, and I've changed a lot while my art hasn't. So, if/when I resume creating, it will be very different. Also, my laptop - where all my work is saved and where I did all my editing - totally went kaput (back your stuff up kiddos!!) and I haven't had it for over a month now. Luckily, it should be ready to be taken home any day now, which is great since my partner and I went on a magnificent camping trip in the Refwoods last weekend.
