5/10/16 (Tuesday): Ran 40 min before work wearing the cliftons. It was rainy and windy and I felt the heavy weight pressing on me and blech so I opted out of using my gps watch. My neck hurt too. Stupid geese hissed at me causing me to change my route too.

5/9/16 (Monday): Ran before work. Was definitely feeling the lack of sleep (like maybe 4 hours total). Felt super heavy and was surprised at the 7:05 pace.
It is funny that I was surprised it wasn’t slower today when I was surprised I wasn’t faster just yesterday.
Wore the cliftons. Was going to run at night but I was just too tired. Took 2.5 add med throughout the day and .5 zoloft before bed. Better luck tomorrow.

5/8/16 (Sunday): Ran around 8:30 at night in my zealots. It was nice out and the run felt good. I still took it easy though, I just ran without putting in effort and just reveling in not feeling bad. Although, I kinda expected to have better than 6:47 pace....maybe the gps lost me around the lake? Took 2.5 add med throughout the day and a zoloft at night. I learned my lesson about not taking it with the migraines. Also had green tea which kept me up and ruined my sleep for monday morning.

5/7/16 (Saturday): Went to visit my parents for the last time at our/their house. Can't believe I won't be going back there after sixteen years of it being home. The husband, my dad, and I ran the 5k cross country course mid afternoon. I added an extra mile back loop because it's my favorite. Felt decent enough. Better than I expected BC I was feeling off today. Wore my Zealots because wearing Saucony is the right thing to do out of respect to our cross country course.

5/6/16 (Friday): Woke up in the morning feeling like I was recovering from like a severe illness or hangover or something. Ran an easy twenty minutes. Wasn't too bad for what I expected. Migraine was less today because I took Zoloft, which after doing some reading, my not taking it the past week may have been the source of the migraines.

5/5/16 (Thursday): Slept horribly. Besides abs in the morning, didn't do anything because throughout the day I just felt worse and worse until my migraine was awful. No shortage of nausea, pain, and hatred of light and noise. Took three add med throughout the day, the migraine medicine and nauseating medicine.

5/4/16 (Wednesday): since I slept horribly and my legs felt like lead in the morning, I just did abs before work. Thought I was feeling good at work and that maybe I'd be able to back down the add med, but then towards the end of the work day the migraine came back. Took the migraine medicine I was given and I think it helped because I did manage to get out the door. Wore the Zealots. Idk if it's due to my period, but I was over producing spit and felt like I was drooling the whole time and kinda like how when your sick and about to throw up you start like sweating spit. It was weird. I felt OK. Hills sucked and I occasionally felt the weights. But I guess I'll take 6:32 pace.

5/3/16 (Tuesday PM): managed to run after work even though I had a bit of a migraine. Decided to bring it the GPS watch since it’s been a while and I figured my night runs had been feeling good enough that I wouldn’t hate myself. 6:33 pace did not make me hate myself. But of course, I wasn't satisfied. But ik I can't be where I want with how I've been feeling and thus training. I did the usual add med routine firing the day. Of course, once my period of over, I’ll have to back off. The run was OK. I didn’t get out the door until after nine. Didn’t get good sleep after that.

5/3/16 (Tuesday AM): Ran ~37 min before work. Could tell it was going to be a nice day. Felt meh though. Didn’t sleep well, and as all the awesome things that were going on with my body predicted, I got my period. Felt lightheaded and heavy and my sciatic in my left leg acted up. Wore the cliftons. Hoping to run after work if not just to get outside.
I want to start running earlier in the morning so I’m not so rushed after my run to leave for work, plus civil sunrise is now at like 5:11 am, as of today.

5/2/16 (Monday PM): Ran a half hour after my daughter went to bed at like 8:15. It went fairly well, I actually ran further than I have lately in the allotted time. Ran in the zealots. Went to the chiropractor after work. Did stim on my neck as well which seemed to help the migraine that started coming back in the afternoon. Tried taking the 2nd and 3rd add meds a little earlier like at 10 and 2 to combat how extreme things have been in the last week (probably because my period is around the corner). Also had some caffeine at lunch. No other meds like zoloft. I think it worked well doing it that way. Then I started getting cramps as I went to bed.

4/29/16 (Friday): Ran 30 min before work. Meh. Nothing exciting as in the weight wasn’t overwhelming, but I also didn’t feel normal.
Turns out, I got a migraine friday afternoon. It didn’t go away all weekend. It sucked. Especially when you have a daughter that likes to scream a lot.

Migraine
Cold tingly hurting head. Nauseous. My head itself literally feels nauseous. My limbs feel nauseous. My saliva tastes like bile. I’m shaky and feel like passing out. My head is burning up and my body is freezing. Turn off the lights. Shut up. Don’t make any noise. I’m begging.
Make it stop.

4/28/16 (Thursday am): Ran a half hour before work. It was slightly better than yesterday morning, but nowhere near my night runs. I felt better than yesterday waking up, which is odd BC I had a hard time falling asleep. We had a conference today, so I think that was a blessing in terms of not straining my body and mind so I felt better than if it was a normal work day. Took the normal amount of adderall but forgot to bring Zoloft, so ended up taking a half adderall more. Tmi info, but I'm keeping track of things to gather data in determining my illness. As per the last few months, I can assume my period is coming soon because in the middle of the day I had mucusy blood by itself, and then just a tiny bit of stool with it too. My stomach is still three months pregnant looking as since my illness last Wednesday evening through Sunday.

4/27/16 (Wednesday PM): considering I felt awful during the day, I was surprised I revived enough to run at about a quarter after eight at night and while it was sprinkling out. The run felt good! Wore my Zealots and ran for a half hour. Waaay better then the morning. I wouldn't say I felt normal, but the weight from the day was gone!! Got me into looking into circadium rythm and what not, which again points to neurotransmitter problems. Neurotransmitters keep cropping up. How I stumbled upon adderall was I miracle, because it might be an even more permanent solution to a problem I didn't even understand when I was prescribed it for something else. Listen to your body. Listen to your body.
