Triumvirate (part one)

I. Current context. The meeting in Ankara between the foreign ministers of Ukraine and Russia ended without results.

a. On Tuesday, March 8, Japan again asks Russia to give back the South Kuril islands, ceded after capitulating in World War II.

b. China accuses the US of wanting to build "a version of NATO" in the Indo-Pacific region, "exclusive clubs" in the Asian region.

b1. The Taiwan issue is also demanding resolution.

Here are the points (a few) with huge potential to internationalize the conflict.

In the early days of the invasion of Ukraine, a private jet was flying from Moscow to Ankara and Instabul, after which it went to the USA, Los Angeles, to return to Moscow, with a stopover in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.

Monday night, March 7, U.S. ABC News broadcast an interview with President Zelensky.

• For the first time, he has a conciliatory position and is open to discussions about Donbass and Crimea.

• Where did this sudden and total change in attitude come from?

Russia claims that laboratories in Ukraine, with American funds and specialists, conducted experiments with plague, anthrax and other "particularly dangerous" pathogens.

• The news about biological weapons begins to roll.

Exactly on the evening of the same day, ABC broadcasts Zelensky's interview.

Moreover, it censors the nato portion, but not to hide the information, but to draw attention to it.

What is this conciliatory message?

Is Zelensky's interview an offer made by the US to Russia?

Conciliation, negotiation to block revelations about those labs? Possibly.

To understand how the world works, it is necessary to give up fairy tales with immaculate heroes.

• The hero is caught up in corruption scandals (Pandora Papers, Panama Papers), offshore firms probably also used to fund various paramilitary structures, villas in Italy, not at all poor(billionaire), his wife, quite possibly, continued to collect dividends and during his term as president of the husband--the complete portrait of a blackmailable man.

• It seems that the offer is rejected by Russia, the more China feels the smell of blood and enters the game.

• Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian accuses the U.S. military of operating "dangerous" biolaborators in Ukraine and demanding explanations.

Let's go back to the new Wu... in Ukraine and reconstruct the situation chronologically.

The main-stream media labeled the position of Russia and China as a "conspiracy theory", totally denying the existence of these laboratories, they practically not only did not conduct illegal experiments, but also did not exist.

• At the same time, however, official documents related to U.S.-Ukrainian cooperation on the "Biological Threat Reduction Program" were deleted from the website of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine.

WHY WOULD YOU DELETE THESE DOCUMENTS?

On March 8, a day after Zelensky's interview, with the U.S. peace offer to Russia, turned down by russia, and an increasingly interested China in the discussion,

After two years of the pandemic whose conditions have not yet been elucidated, the population is very sensitive (and easy to manipulate) by amplifying this news about viruses and experiments in clandestine biolaborators and not really.

Let's recap: the Russian army, through the voice of Igor Kirilov, commander of the Russian Defense Forces against Radiation, Chemical and Biological Weapons, announced that 30 bio-research laboratories had been discovered in Ukraine.

• Kirillov claims that the Ukrainians destroyed more than 320 containers of pathogens.

He also announces that from the analysis of these biological wastes, work has been identified with the pathogens of plague, anthrax and brucellosis (Lviv) and pathogens of diphtheria, salmonellosis and dysentery (Kharkov and Poltava).

• Kirillov also nominates the Pentagon as a financier and client of the program, in direct reference to DTRA (Defense Threat Reduction Agency), an agency of the Pentagon.

• Documents published by the Russian Ministry of Defense include an order of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health to destroy pathogens and lists of the germs in question.

• The U.S. qualifies Russia's allegations that it funded and run a military biological program as absurd.

• The Western press, including highly respectable publications, frames the story with the "conspiracy theory", and fact-checking agencies quickly stick the label to fake-news.

Shock, the confirmation of this "fact-news" comes from Victoria Nuland.

Moreover, it also confirms the operation to destroy these laboratories and the related documentation, which began on February 24, the date of the invasion.

• The US and Ukraine risk being accused of violating Article 1 of the UN Biological Weapons Convention.

• Two months later, 364 died in Ukraine of the swine fever virus A (H1N1) , exactly the same strain that caused the 2009 pandemic.

• An outbreak of hepatitis A in Nikolayev in 2017 is recalled.

• Another followed in the summer of that year in Zaporozhye and Odessa, another one in the autumn in Kharkov.

4. China accuses the US of having 336 laboratories in 30 countries.

5. Russia rightly accuses the US of carrying out these research programmes, but forgets to talk to us about its own.

6. I think all these countries are right in their accusations.

Yes! For the simple fact that all three, sometimes together, sometimes separately, develop and support such research.

7. How to explain the perfect coordination inside this triumvirate during the pandemic?

Russia hasn't fought much with the U.S. either. The only concession - each used its own vaccine.

Why? Because fear is an universal tool of population control.

8. The declassification of the clinical trial for the Pfizer vaccine went unnoticed.

9. In my opinion (subject to error), the US and Russia are using (coordinated or not) the fear of a new pandemic to control the population.

• Refugees from Ukraine become pieces of a game.

Are they carriers of diseases or not?

Why did the WHO, quickly taken over by Dr Musta, also warned about polio, an unreserved disease in Ukraine and the possibility of developing outbreaks in countries of refuge?

• Dr Mahler did not hesitate to reappear and inform us that Ukraine, and therefore refugees, has a big problem with multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis.

• It is an operation to maintain psychosis or camouflage the adverse effects of the vaccine.
