I enjoy exploring taboo topics, I enjoy respectfully going through such things in media. I despise the romanticism of serious things like SA, incest, Abuse in general, addiction, pedophilia, etc. I want dark or pro or whatever it is shippers to know I do not support whatever y'all are doing. Just because I consume and portray dark topics doesn't make me one of y'all.

I think it's important to have taboo topics in fiction, and portraying them helps me get better at accurately representing them. As a victim of things I won't touch up on it brings me joy seeing my trauma respectfully represented, it helps me feel seen and understood. I do not, however, see darkshipping as helpful in any way.

Sorry for the tangent, I'm passionate on these topics

Why is Angus almost always the sly, slimey, strange man. Why is Francis always sad and pathetic. Why is Anastacha always hateful. Why is Ishtar always the crazy idiot. Why is Quachil always the defenseless baby. Gimme something DIFFERENT. Some neighbors barely have any attention at all 🥀

This isn't to bash on anyone who has these Headcanons about these neighbors but I wish the fandom would try to diversify the cast more often. These characters don't have a lot in canon about them so you wouldn't be horrifically mischaracterizing them with a few exceptions. You don't have to worry, if you want to stray from fanon then that's ok ! This isn't directed at the fanon believers, just the people who don't bother to think differently
