When did you last talk to someone? Were they a friend? Talk to your gaiadamn friends more.
Did you have a shower? Being dirty makes you feel like crap, go do that.
Do you have any plans today? Do you feel ready for them?
Does your space(Room, apt, workspace, etc.) need a tidy? Do that. It'll help.
Have you been sitting for a long time? If so, get up and walk around. Check on your space. Grab some water. Look at nature.
