Gordo was the first to pick up on it. Maybe it was his exposure to his parents’ jobs, but he seemed to have a weird sixth sense when it came things being slightly off with people.

“You can’t be that devastated that Ethan isn’t here?”

“Why not?” Lizzie poked up from her menu to shoot Gordo a disapproving glare, before turning to Miranda.

“Joking aside, you’re okay, right? If something’s wrong, you can tell us.”

The Digital Bean was pretty busy as usual, but the three of them were still able to grab their usual table. They quickly ordered their drinks, Lizzie trying her best to scan the room while giving her order. As soon as the busboy left, she sighed, resting her head in her hands.

"No Ethan today..."

Gordo merely shook his own head in disbelief. Turning his attention to Miranda, he gestured to the menu.

"What food were you thinking of ordering?"

like as much as i love icons and a good psd, sometimes its just tasking to do. and not everyone has great resources. so if you’re okay with having threads with no icons, please reblog this so that people know you’re okay with it. i feel like roleplayers today are too focused on the aesthetics and won’t follow people who use base icons or even none at all. it’s not about icons, but about the writing !!

Lizzie couldn’t ignore Gordo’s increasingly confused expression from her bedroom mirror, as he shook his head while maintaining control of his hacky-sack.

“The amount of time you guys take..!”

Lizzie paused her lip gloss application to reach over to her bed and throw one of her cushions at him. He raised his hands in surrender in response, the wide grins on both their faces betraying their mock aggression.

Both Gordo and Miranda had been at Lizzie’s house so often over the years that it was often like their second home. That was why no one batted an eyelid when Miranda entered the bedroom. After a quick hug, Lizzie spun around to face both her and Gordo.

“Ready to go?”

Miranda Sanchez was digging through her closet, looking for something cute to wear. Her friend, Lizzie McGuire, had called her over to hang out, they were going to the Digital Bean, the local coffee place, and even though coffee wasn’t really their thing, they had other drinks, and food. They would get something to eat, and head to the mall if they had time.

She finally picked something out, and lye it on her bed, for the moment as she began changing.

Their Other Friend Gordo(David Gordon)had complained about them taking too long, but they had explained things to him. Ugh, some guys just didn’t understand. Smiling, she changed into her clothes and went to fix her hair, and after a while of hair fixing, and application of make up, she grabbed her bag, and head over to her friend’s house.

My Feelings After Recent Events...

(( Talked about the current situation on the revival on my main blog (@theofficialdramallama), but wanted to say this - whatever happens with the revival, I will try my best to keep this blog going. I’ve loved the original series since I was young, but never had fellow fans to gush about it with. However, since the revival was announced, and the creation of this sideblog, I’ve made many lovely friends on Tumblr. @peterstanslizzie​, @onlyprinsesa-blog​, @beautywithin16​, @dream-beyond-the-fantasy​, @hollyjwonders​, @rrs1489​, you’ve all put up with my squeeing over this show, and even encouraged me to write my Lizzie fanfics when I felt that I wasn’t good enough. I will continue to RP on this blog (still looking for a Gordo :P) and I will continue to write fanfic for both the original series and the revival.

And so, as a thank you, and because we all feel pretty sucky right now, I have something that might help us all feel just a little better...
