Ermoupoli is the main city of Syros Island. It has authentic setup and has very beautiful old mansions, houses with great architectures. Ermoupoli-syros is the municipality for cyclades island group.

I love Galissas beach at Syros Island. The water is amazing and its very quiet and family friendly beach. that blue water takes your breath away.

early dinner at Allou Yialou Restaurant with sunset view at Kini beach , Syros Island Greece. you can also go to swim first and then eat from any restaurants and cafes around Kini. They all have view and delicious greek food. I wanted to see the sunset so I planned my day accordingly.

My Egg & Spinach bake. (this was invented when I didn’t know what to cook) recipe include : Spinach, eggs and lots of herbs like basil, parsley, little bit of dill, salt and pepper and lots of olive oil.

Vegetarian Moussaka and Savoury Semolina cake. try to make, you will love it. I tried to find recipes in books and online and then I made my own version by adding more spices and herbs and lots of greek olive oil.

Mikro Papigo is the village in Papigo in Epirus region. It is famous for its stone houses, great scenery, moutain,etc. This village has many hotels, guest houses, cafes and restaurants. you can also arrange for trekking and climbing if you love to do this kind of activities.
