"Spartan Race"

Tanong nila sakin na "Ano ba nakukuha mo jan sa pag sali sa Spartan race? Ang mahal ng registration at sakit ng katawan ang hanap mo jan".

For me, sa pag join sa spartan race is not easy. Under the hot sun at tatakbo ka sa maalikabok, mausok, minsan maputik at inside forest. To test my limit. Beyond the limit. Bawat obstacle na madadaanan mo ay parang problema sa buhay. Mahirap pero kailangan lagpasan. Kung hindi mo magawa, may kapalit na penalty.

Sa dami ng sumasali, hindi mo alam kung pang ilan ka sa ranking. Lahat kalaban / rival mo sila. Pero kahit hindi mo sila kilala, dahil sa accident (minsan may nqg c-cramp yun iba), kahit gusto mo sila higitan, tutulungan mo din. Yan ata ang sinasabi nila na "Brotherhood". Pwede naman individual category. Meron din naman team or group. Kung hindi mo kaya, pwede ka naman huminge ng help sa mga kasama mo or kahit hindi mo kakilala para malagpasan ang bawat obstacles.

Nag start ako ng spartan race ng walang kasama. Nagyon naman may great ultimate spartan buddy at siya ang kasama ko para maka abot hanggan finish line. Pag dating sa finish line naman may nag hihintay na medal. Hindi ko ma explain in word kung ano ba ang feelings pag nakuha ang medal. Sa ngayon. Ang dami ko na medal. Hindi lang sa spartan. Marathon, dragonboat at iba pa. Bawat medal ay may ibat ibang story. #spartan #memories #medal #fitnessInspiration #fitnessmotivation #myasianstory

My cat name is "Niyasu". From the pokemon "Meowth" (ニャース) of Japanese name.

Just simple puspin. (pusang pinas?)

I adopted this cat last June 12.2019. Fron of Marikina Medical and Doctors Hospital.

Matagal ko na gusto mag adopt ng cat at para tawagin na "Pet".

Hindi ko inaasahan at nakilala ko siya habang nag lalakad ako pauwi ng bahay. Hindi ko sana siya kukunin pero sunod ng sunod, nag papa hawak at higit sa lahat, kahit mejo maalikabok siya, napaka cute 🥺. Maybe 1 month old at babae kasi siya kaya iniwan or tinapon. I though Niyasu is boy nung unang kita ko. Pero after I went to Vet, sabi ni veterinarian na babae pala. 😁

Today is march 3.2020. May 9 months na sakin to si Niyasu. Laki ng ginanda at tinaba from malnourish kitty. 😍
