Fat Probs
I know I just posted but let me tell you how other people will have to deal with your weight. Obese people when they're older and can't move as well, have a hard time washing themselves. My coworker is only maybe 320 pounds but his mobility is so limited that he has sores on his stomach and he smells like actual shit all the time. My mom's boyfriend also has this issue. Not only that, but he either has to shower or use a rag placed on a ladle just to wipe his ass. He has scores under his armpits, his chest and on his back. I couldn't even bring people over because the smell was so embarrassing.
You're not just going to impact yourself. You're going to impact yourself, your partner who's going to have to take care of you, your kids who are going to miss out on your presence and probably have to bear some amount of shame, you're going to inconvenience coworker, friends, bus/airplane passengers. Your choice doesn't only affect you. "The world needs to be more accommodating." Your bones, organs, joints and tendons can't even accommodate you, how is the world going to? The fact is, humans aren't supposed to be that big. They're supposed to fit on a plan and a bus and benches. You're supposed to be able to walk up stairs. You're not supposed to have nasty sores on your body or limited mobility due to your size.
Maybe, the next time you have to pay for 2 airplane seats instead of one, you should ask yourself "why can't I fit" instead of "why can't this chair fit me".

I've dropped 55 pounds in the last 4 months. I didn't use flat tummy tea or slim fit or any bullshit. I did it through working out and caloric restriction. You can't target body fat, there is no magic pill. If you want to live to see your grandkids graduate high school, or even your kids, you have to be willing to be healthy. That doesn't mean you have to be skinny or built, but you can't be 250+ pounds. And if you're a female, you probably shouldn't even be above like 220. Unless you have a thyroid disorder or that one thing where fluid sits in your legs/arms, you don't have an excuse. Can't workout right? Eat better. Too depressed to workout? Your diet is probably shit. A healthy diet, exercise and good sleep is probably the cheapest and most effective ways to treat minor to regular depression/anxiety. I mean, I still have anxiety attacks but not nearly as frequently and they have to be triggered by some outside source. If you don't want to workout and be healthy, that's fine. That's a choice you made. But accept that it's not healthy and that it's not the societal norm to be obese. We all come in different shapes and sizes, but we don't come 300+ pounds. There are steps to getting there. And if you have a food addiction, then own it and seek help if you want to change. But again, if you don't, that's on you and you must accept and deal with the repercussions that you know you will face.

Why stop at fat people tho? Why not go up to smokers and scream about cancer to them?? Why not go up to anorexic people and scream about dying to them?? If you really cared you would tell people to stop having so many kids too because science tells us our exponentially growing population size is really what's going to do us all in. Your problem is you don't care ENOUGH.
Why not scream at smokers?
Because smokers don’t have a “cancer is beautiful xoxo #emphysemaacceptance” attitude.
They don’t go around patting each other on the back about reaching 30 cigarettes a day and then tell each other how fabulous that is and that “it’s impossible to stop smoking anyway, I have a condition’.
Anorexics, smokers, etc. all have legitimate health problems- AND THEY RECOGNISE THAT. They do not have a gaggle of moronic fucks like yourself parading around trying to strip them of their power to change by spouting mantras like “I have a condition” or “smoking is beautiful” or “anorexia doesn’t cause any illnesses”.
Fat people do. The second I see a smoker walking around telling other people not to try quitting is the second I will leap over to them and hold them down while I educate them. Because that’s what you’re doing. You’re telling sick people to stay sick and to die, just so that *you* can feel good about yourself in the short term.
You are fucking sick.

I genuinely don't understand healthy at every size. Like, you can't be a smoker and say "healthy at every pack". There are known ramifications for being obese. You can accept and love yourself, and other people shouldn't judge you for your choices, but outside of the outliers with health issues, it is your choice to be bigger. That choice must come with the acknowledgment that if you are healthy, you won't be for very long if you're extremely overweight.
