I did 4x20 Sets of side lunges 2 days ago, and my thighs and ass are killing me!! This explains why it still is. Going to tone it down for a few days until the soreness wears off and go again? lol

CC’s 2016 Fitness Body Goals
- Purchase a better Waist Trainer
- Also purchase a Waist Cincher and Corset with a cute design. *Basically purchase more shape wear until tummy flattens out more to my liking*
- Continue to drink water during the day and juice/soda with my dinner meals
- Continue to eat 6x’s a day, however replace all snack meals with protein shakes
- Every morning, have a cup of Yogi Tea w/ Creatine
- Meal Plan/Prep on Sunday’s
- Finally purchase a Gym Membership *bc I need heavier weights to lift now*
- Purchase more lingerie Have my guy purchase more lingerie sets for me, so I can show my sexy gains and new found thickness!
Sigh, I’m almost there to my dream body! I just need to be a tad bit more consistent! Lol!
