Maria's fitness journey
At the beginning of February I decided to loose weight... I was at 186 lbs. and towards the end of March I weighed 175 lbs. I had lost 11 pounds!! I was finally starting to feel happy but then... I had a lot of family problems and I was so stressed about school that next thing I know I had stopped going to the gym, and eating healthy. And when I stepped back in the scale it said 190 lbs !!! In around 2 months I had gained 15 pounds....I am 18 years old I should at least be weighing 145-150 lbs. Soo now I am determined to change my life for the better and not make any excuses!! Because I want this. More than anything else!!!

Realistic summer goals
• I am 18 years old I am tired of looking at myself in the mirror and not liking what I see so it's time that I finally put a stop to this and start making a change for my own good I currently weigh 190 pounds. I am going to: • start eating healthy • going to the gym • track my weight every week By the end of June I want to be at 178 lbs. or 180 lbs. •I know I can do it!! And I will do it!!
