Omg, look at this loser here, being all clingy and overprotective of Orihime. Who does he think he is? Her boyfriend? P'shawww, Orihime deserves so much better okay. He can’t even call her by her first name, unlike Ulquiorra who calls her ‘that woman’ (coz it makes her stronger) and Ishida who calls her ‘Inoue-san’ (of course that’s better than Ichiloser because at least Ishida attaches a ’-san’ which means he respects her more ok).

He should let go of his obsession with her and fall in love with Rukia or Nel instead. It’s not that I hate Ichigo I just think his “Inoue Inoue Inoue Inoue!!!!!” is annoying. No flames pls I’m not a hater.

INOUE ORIHIME MUST BE APPRECIATED

OK GUYS, let’s be honest here, Orihime is the character that goes through the most emotional trauma in bleach other than Ichigo.

The way the fan base treats Orihime reminds me of how Hannah Baker from 13 reasons why was treated by her school mates, well heck, Orihime is an angel but she gets hate for being.....depressed, crushing on ichigo and having a nice body?! I mean what kinda excuses are those....it just ticks me off most of the time.

So Orihime is shown as this super clumsy, funny and adorable girl who has a crush on Ichigo, truth be said unlike Ichigo actually looks like she’s enjoying her life and is super happy all the time despite having such an awful past.

She was abused so much by her alcoholic father and  prostitute mother that her older brother Sora had to run off from home with her to save her from getting killed. But that wasn't the end to her sufferings, she was bullied at school by upperclassmen and had to cut off her hair, and then comes her brother’s death which happened after they had a fight, and she ends up alone. 

Surely It’s not easy for a child to go through such harsh circumstances at such a young age, and still we see orihime smiling and being cheerful and acting nice to everyone around her, maybe out of the guilt that she had a fight with her brother before he died, truth be said, even if she cries easily, she is very strong emotionally upto a certain level.

Ichigo was the guy she has a crush on, in the course of the series she ends up falling in love with him completely, he’s her salvation. That is exactly why when anything bad happens to him she cant bear it, because he means everything to her. Orihime’s insecurities are hinted slightly in the SS arc but it becomes completely visible in the arrancar arc. We see another side of orihime, which many people hate for idk what reason. 

The girl already feels bad for not being able to do anything(specifically fight her opponents) when they went to save Rukia in the SS arc, on top of that she sees ichigo being depressed, and then she gets hurt and Ichigo gets even more depressed and she feels helpless because she doesnt even know what to say. she feels useless and thinks she’s a burden to ichigo and the others. The girl spends most of the time alone at her home, so it is natural that she overthinks about these kinda things especially coming from such a tragic background.

Orihime is a victim of depression at that time, or maybe all through that arc.

And then, Rukia comes and knocks some sense into ichigo, and Orihime feels bad because she couldn't do the same, she feels bad about herself, her self esteem sinks low and she feels jealous of Rukia(which is a projection of her insecurities) and she feels bad for feeling that way, cmon y’all let’s be real here, we all would feel crushed if we were in her place. But truth said it was just illusions her mind showed her because of her depression, nothing she thought was the actual thing, she was important to ichigo and the others, and she was useful, her lack of self esteem and depression made her think that way, and Aizen, who is a clear mastermind and genius could easily grasp this feeling of inadequacy she had by observing her and used that as a way to lure her into HM in a very cunning way. 

Orihime is crushed by Urahara’s sharp words to stay out of battle when she wished to be helpful to them. She basically accepts that she is just a burden in her subconscious mind, and this is what Ulquiorra utilizes when he asks her to go to Hueco Mundo as per Aizen’s orders. She doesn't even bother protesting, she thinks that if she walks away, her friends will be relieved of her burden and obiges to Ulquiorra’s orders. 

While imprisoned in Las Noches she continuously undergoes trauma inflicted by the knowledge that her friends are getting hurt and are dying to save her, also Ulquiorra and Aizen manipulates her emotions and leaves her in a broken state of mind. She’s abused by Loly, Menoly, and Nnoitra physically to add that. Also, her mind is driven to insanity when the one she loves the most ichigo is killed right in front of her. she couldn't get a hold of things, she was broken, depressed and hurt but in the end she overcomes them, and goes back to normal in the Fullbringer arc.  Yet the fandom says she whines for no reason. 

But guys, would you hate on a depressed person for being that way?! because that’s what the fandom does to orihime, she might not be a real person, but she’s the projection of people out there, who suffers, who is tormented by bullying. Truth be said, many tend to hate on ichigo too for the very same reason.

I wish people would stop this bullshit unnecessary hate on Orihime. 

I wish...

Let’s just be happy for Ichigo and Orihime for getting the happy ending they deserved after going through so much.

One of the reasons I love ichihime more than any pairing in fiction is because of how subtle yet heartwarming it is. Ichigo didnt have to tell orihime “I love you” to show that he loved her. His actions were enough. And I believe true love lies in actions than words.
