Small thing that bothers me about the ofmd fandom is the Pete X Lucius erasure

They get so little attention despite them having so much screen time together and technically being the first established on screen couple. They are so important to me and everyone kind of ignores them.

Pete and Lucius lover til I die.

Anyway if they aren't reunited next season I will be so upset

okay so unpopular opinion I think but Izzy dying made complete sense for the plot. don't get me wrong I am absolutely devastated by this and I sobbed into my pillow for a good 30 minutes but throughout the season Izzy has wanted to die. everytime that Izzy was faced with death he wanted it to happen and even at one point tried to do it himself. I think realistically the only end that would have done Izzy's character any justice was him dying during battle. he wouldn't have been content giving up piracy and living a normal life, he said it himself he was ready for it and wanted to die. I'm just glad he got closure with ed. I am very upset however and will be taking 4-5 business days to mourn him.
