I GOT MY GAME BACK! ✨✨

I contacted the support team about three days ago and gave them all the info I knew about my game like your name in the game, level, intimacy level, cards, DP and all etc.. a day ago they contacted me with my transfer code and password!! I'm so happy and thankful!! Now I can continue playing

As for the phone I have not that many updates from the police but they are still trying!! So I don't know whether to just let it go or keep hope.

Lost my phone and game....

So I had my phone stolen a few days ago and I feel terrible about it cause I feel so stupid but then I also feel like I couldn’t have done anything which by the way kinda feels wrong of me to think. 

so not only did I lose my phone, my precious photos but I also lost my game and now I can’t remember what my transfer password is or what the code is and I don’t know what I should do cause I really don’t wanna start again from scratch??? 

I contacted the support team and they have told me to wait for an extended period of time? I will wait for it! and not lose any hope

if anyone has been through a similar situation were you able to recover your account? if so then please do reply and tell me what y'all been through?  If you can help in anyway please do comment!!
