“i think it’s super cute. it remind me of when little kids dress their dolls with their own clothes.” she chuckles. jaeyi was an average height so finding someone shorter than her makes her happy. it’s a weird thing that jaeyi actually likes. she knows people who are shorter than her, but it’s usually just a few inches. maybe it’s because this time she actually feels taller than someone else? who knows. “if you don’t enjoy the oversized look, i would say to ask your stylist to try some custom made clothes or tailoring some clothes from the children’s or petites’ clothing section if those don’t fit.”

   attraction  the  attention  of  one  of  the  manager’s  was  the  last  thing  jinah  wanted  to  do.  despite  the  fact  that  she  was  aware  of  the  true  rumours  about  her  spreading  around  the  company,  she  wanted  to  keep  on  a  brave  face  to  not  give  too  much  away.  however,  that  game  plan  had  seemingly  gone  out  of  the  window  at  this  point  in  time.  people  could  tell  that  she  was  different,  some  would  even  describe  her  as  troubled  but  she  had  attempted  to  keep  it  down  to  a  minimum  by  blocking  everything  out;  that  had  sprung  on  her  today  and  she  had  taken  a  turn  for  the  worst.  at  first,  jinah  attempted  to  hide  her  face  from  the  other,  not  wanting  her  to  ever  see  her  like  this …  that  was  her  ideal  situation  but  the  woman  didn’t  know  what  was  good  for  her  and  maybe  the  other  would  be  able  to  help.  bringing  her  hands  up  to  her  face,  she  started  to  sob  before  looking  back  at  the  woman  with  red  eyes  and  then  burrying  her  face  in  her  hands.  she  flicked  the  door handle  open  to  give  the  other  access  to  her  if  she  wanted  to  talk  to  her  more  effectively.  although  this  wasn’t  what  jinah  had  wanted,  she  did  hope  that  the  other  wouldn’t  leave.

as soon as jaeyi heard the car door open, she opened it slightly before looking around.  jaeyi wasn’t able to process who was the woman in the car as she was extremely slow to recognize faces, but she had a feeling that the other woman would be uncomfortable if anyone else is around. if jaeyi was in that position, she wouldn’t like anyone hearing something that she wants to keep private. it’s hard enough to let someone you barley know to talk to you when you’re in that type of situation. seeing that no one was close enough  to hear their conversation, the manager sits down on the parking lot floor so they can be around the same eye level. “um hello. i’m not sure if we offically met before, but i’m jaeyi and i wanted to see if you’re okay.” jaeyi holds out the pack of tissues towards the woman. “can i say that it’s okay to cry? i know we kind of just met and hearing a stranger say that probably doesn’t give you the greatest feeling, but i’m not here to judge you. i’m just here to help you and listen to whatever you’ve been needing to get off your chest.”

     the variety show filming couldn’t have come to a closer sooner for the idol. as her debut got pushed further back as a result of her poor attitude, they seemed to be sending her on more variety show ventures. sora never used to mind putting on an act as she became the nation’s princess, a lovable figure for the household, but this was too much for anyone. her entire life had become a fake saga and now it was about trying to get as much of the control back as possible. so!ar entertainment needed to acknowledge that they needed her in order to function but it wasn’t that simple. there were plenty more sora’s out there just waiting for the opportunity but she wasn’t going to give it to them so fast. after standing silently in the dressing room as she looked in the mirror, a great sigh escaped her. sora was always one for the dramatics. “do you think i’m better off now?” the idol was still staring at herself as she spoke, her voice soft at first. finally turning around to face jaeyi, sora looked less than impressed. “am i a joke to you?” her eyebrows raised. the neverending questions could have had anyone guessing. if sora had a problem with something, she would take a while to deliver her truth. “tell them i’m not doing any more variety shows until my comeback date is set.” the album was just about ready to go and the single was done. she knew that she was being punished but the company needed to wake up and release her songs before she started losing fans.

earlier that day, jaeyi had a strong gut feeling that something was going to happen. she thought it was probably her stomach needing food soon so she brushed it off and went on with her day. the manager froze and turned slowly to look when the other had broken the silence in the dressing room. was that feeling for this moment or did it not happen yet? she was confused about the whole siutation. after processing what was said, jaeyi stands up and walks towards sora. “woah woah woah. first of all, did something happen?” she questioned, jaeyi was worried that something or someone had upset sora. they were always near each other and jaeyi didn’t notice anything that could possibly upset her. did something happen during a break? was she that focused with staying on schedule that she didn’t notice anything? “i know you’re upset about them pushing back your comeback date. how about we make a deal? show them that you can be on your best behavior for all of your schedulued things for two weeks and i will do everything i can to get your comeback date set.” jaeyi put her hand towards sora for her to shake and she mentally cursed herself. she regretted saying those words as soon as they came out of her mouth. jaeyi knew that if sora had accepted her deal and she was unable to convince management which she knows she wouldn’t be able to with her lack of confidence in herself, jaeyi was screwed. not only that she could upset management, but also sora would never her again. please please please don’t accept it , she begged in her thoughts in hopes that someone or something will help her.

hi everyone! i’m so sorry for being so inactive. right now, i’m really struggling with my writing and just being inspired to write like i’m always changing whatever i write and thinking it’s just not good enough to post so i end up not posting them even if they’re finished. like i keep comparing my writing with others and i get scared whenever i finish my replies and yeah. idk hopefully i can build up some courage and post some replies after i get some sleep.

a little side note: i will be changing up (and finishing) jaeyi’s backstory in hopes i can get inspired by it so hopefully i can get that out in a couple hours or when i wake up.

jinah  was  sat  in  her  car  in  so!ar’s  parking  lot  visibly  upset.  the  plan  was  that  she  would  exit  the  car  once  her  tears  had  stopped  but  she  kept  going.  she  was  respectable,  she  didn’t  want  others  to  see  her  like  this.  at  least  the  paparazzi  weren’t  outside  the  building  for  once;  it  would  have  been  very  messy  for  her  if  they  had  been  present.  she  had  put  up  a  good  front  for  so  long  but  things  didn’t  feel  any  better  and  she  didn’t  know  where  to  turn.  the  company  wanted  her  to  participate  in  the  group  activities  but  she  was  finding  it  harder  than  she  initially  anticipated.  jinah  did  feel  pathetic  -  why  wasn’t  she  able  to  control  herself  ?  crying  in  your  car  was  no  way  to  live  so  why  was  she  doing  it  ?  nothing  made  sense  to  her  these  days  and  she  was  unable  to  comprehend  what  was  happening  these  days.  wiping  her  tears,  the  woman  continued  to  cry  and  then  put  her  head  on  the  steering  wheel,  accidentally  setting  off  the  horn.

jaeyi paced around her car in the parking lot, waiting for the towtruck. technically it’s the company’s car, but she feels like it’s her own baby and she raised it to be what it is today. she called the towing company about three hours ago for them to take it to a shop after finding out the car wouldn’t even turn on. this is jaeyi’s first time  experencing a towing company that has taken this long. shouldn’t they be here by now? she did work for those 3 hours, but why aren’t they here? jaeyi felt extremely anxious at the thought of the towing company not coming in time and getting critized by others if words like she broke the car spreads out. she couldn’t help, but scratch her face and mess with her hair and she heard a car horn going off. she turned her head to the loud sound and is shoked to see a woman crying in the car. jaeyi takes some tissues out of her bag while she walks towards the car. “excuse me ma’am. are you okay in there?” she knocked lightly on the car window. “do you need help? some tissues?”

A H R I just wanted to go out for bit, she needed to go pick a few toiletries and the like for her dorm. but it seemed today was supposed to be difficult, as a crowd of what she guessed was paparazzi and fans had grown outside of the main solar building. she really didn’t want to have to push through the crowd, as much as she loved fans and their support, she was just wasn’t feeling it. ahri sighed as she started out the window that was dimmed on the other size and allowed them not to see her. she turns to the nearest person, also seeming intent on leaving. “ do you know another way out, preferably not full of people? ”

jaeyi swore that the crowd outside was a lot smaller before she headed to the first floor of the building. she didn’t know how long she would be in crowd or even if they would make room for her if she even attempted trying it. jaeyi groaned before looking at the time on her phone to see if it’s even worth it to attempt going through the crowd for just her bag. she was deep in thought about how important the bag is until she noticed the girl speaking to her. “umm....” jaeyi didn’t know much about other exits since the exits she does know are usually crowded. “sorry, i don’t know a way.” she looked to the ground, feeling slightly guilty and trying to think of a quick option that might work. “ah! how about dressing up like another staff member and we can look like two staff members going out for a food break? i have extra clothes in my bag, but we have to go through the crowd for it. another option would be getting in a container and pushing you out which is not the most comfortable one, but....”

han jaeyi, born on august 1, 1989 in seoul and lived there her whole life.

her parents forced her to learn english when she was 12 since they thought she will be moving with them overseas later on in life.

but nope she moved out right when she turned 18 and has been doing fine. 

she has a rocky relationship with her parents ever since she moved out and doesn’t really talk to or see them unless it’s important occasion. 

jaeyi says she’s loyal until the trust is broken. but lets be honest, she will forgive you if you just said the word sorry. she’s too forgiving and it lead to people taking advantage of her. 

talking about her looks, she likes to change it up her hair color once in a while. her current hair color is blonde. 

after decided she wanted to be a manager of some sorts, she was at a different company and gaining experience for several years up until 2014 when she wanted join a different company. her boss heard her talking about it and helped her get a connection and an interview at so!ar. 

i would like to saw she’s pretty outgoing. she just wants everyone to feel comfortable and alright, but that can also lead her to seem very nosy and fake. 

she hasn’t been at so!ar entertainment for that long compared to the other managers so she’s still learning the ropes of working there. everyday it’s something new and she’s determined to learn everything as fast as she can go.

from her past and what she has experience, she started being selfless a lot more and she downplays her emotions a lot. 

basically she bottles up her feelings and thinks that other people’s emotions and needs are more important that hers.

sora is the first person she is managing since she joined so!ar. so it’s clear that jaeyi wants to do the absolute best.

she wants to be the friend sora can lean on even on the days that jaeyi is feeling overwhelmed with her.

she is patient with sora and is able to hold it in, but the bottle might burst one day and all the unspoken words and just negative thoughts that have slipped into jaeyi’s mind more than once will just come flowing out.

a little fact is that she carries around a personal journal to keep track of what sora needs and it basically helps her be sane.  

i probably didn’t explain all her traits well and all, but i would like to keep it open and see what i can do once she starts interacting with the others and stuff like that.

some plots ideas 

a friend who teaches jaeyi to stand up for herself and be more assertive!!!!! 

someone she can open up to and she feels comfortable telling all her problems to

someone who jaeyi can take care and baby whenever she can

maybe someone who worked with jaeyi before solar and they finally meet again maybe with some tension between them (up to you what kind of tension)

^^ could be linked to that one but enemies where one of them ruined a shot for a new project or promotion (could be accidental or could be on purpose) and they’re still salty about it

your muse could be the reason or have something to do with why jaeyi’s family connection is rocky or something along those lines.

ok i love friends who just tease the hell out of each other and everyone around them thinks they hate each other but they’re actually really close friends

one that just pisses the other one off for fun. (an idea would be one of them has a habit that drives the other absolutely crazy and they keep doing it because it’s fun to mess with them) 

roommates or neighbors

im up for anything so just mention an idea of a plot to me and maybe it’ll fit (ruin me with angst, kill me with fluff. either one i will be crying at 3 am and maybe sending stuff or ideas that reminds me of that plot)
