hellooo i’m leah (16, bst, she/her). it’s been a while since i’ve been in an rp but i’d been itching to join one for a while and so here i am! under the cut i’ll put info about her and some possible connections :)

˗ˏˋ  ( park sooyoung. twenty-one. female. she/her. ) cho nayu is ‘97 liner + has been at so!ar entertainment for four years. they are the lead rapper + vocalist in aura. they are known by their fans to be confident, adaptable + passionate but they can also be manipulative, impulsive + pessimistic. i hope that they can make it in this industry.

cho nayu was born on november 12, 1997 to two teenage parents who were definitely not ready to have a child.

her dad left her and her mum just before she turned one, something about deciding that he didn’t want to be tied down to something he wasn’t prepared for, she’s resented him ever since.

as a result her mother has been super protective over nayu to the point where she found it suffocating to live in her own home.

nayu’s mum pretty much forced violin on her seeing as she had to give up her dreams to have her and tries to live vicariously through her daughter and thus nayu’s aversion to classical music and rebellious nature was born and a lot of drinking, partying and tattoos later she’d found the perfect alter-ego to her mother’s depiction of her.

growing up she kept her love of music but focused it more on alt-pop, rock and rap, choosing to secretly learn the guitar and going out to auditions for various companies in order to live out some far-out dream of being a singer.

when she was 17 her mother found out what had been going on and the two had a massive fight resulting in nayu leaving home and having to live with a good friend until a company had finally accepted her.

after joining luminate, and later solar, she’d found herself enthused by rap the most and is lowkey displeased about solar pushing her into a more vocal position as of recent.

personality-wise i’d say nayu is definitely an extrovert, making most of her choices on the whim and mostly for her own good, leaving her to appear more selfish than she is but she does what she does to ensure that she lives the life she wants after being smothered for most of her life.

and here’s some maybe connections/plot points?

a best friend perhaps? maybe someone who shared a similar childhood who she could greatly relate to or maybe they are opposites that seem to just click

a frenemy! someone with a similar personality to her who she can’t stand but also vibes with at the same time, it annoys her to be with someone so freakishly alike to her she may or may not gain a crush because of this who knows

˗ˏˋ  ( tiffany young. thirty. cisfemale. she/her. ) han jaeyi has been at so!ar entertainment for four years. they have been the road manager of cho sora since february, 2016. they are known by their family to be [loyal, versatile + diligent] but they can also be [overprotective, perfectionist + selfless]. i hope that they can make it in this industry. 

han jaeyi, born on august 1, 1989 in seoul and lived there her whole life.

her parents forced her to learn english when she was 12 since they thought she will be moving with them overseas later on in life.

but nope she moved out right when she turned 18 and has been doing fine. 

she has a rocky relationship with her parents ever since she moved out and doesn’t really talk to or see them unless it’s important occasion. 

jaeyi says she’s loyal until the trust is broken. but lets be honest, she will forgive you if you just said the word sorry. she’s too forgiving and it lead to people taking advantage of her. 

talking about her looks, she likes to change it up her hair color once in a while. her current hair color is blonde. 

after decided she wanted to be a manager of some sorts, she was at a different company and gaining experience for several years up until 2014 when she wanted join a different company. her boss heard her talking about it and helped her get a connection and an interview at so!ar. 

i would like to saw she’s pretty outgoing. she just wants everyone to feel comfortable and alright, but that can also lead her to seem very nosy and fake. 

she hasn’t been at so!ar entertainment for that long compared to the other managers so she’s still learning the ropes of working there. everyday it’s something new and she’s determined to learn everything as fast as she can go.

from her past and what she has experience, she started being selfless a lot more and she downplays her emotions a lot. 

basically she bottles up her feelings and thinks that other people’s emotions and needs are more important that hers.

sora is the first person she is managing since she joined so!ar. so it’s clear that jaeyi wants to do the absolute best.

she wants to be the friend sora can lean on even on the days that jaeyi is feeling overwhelmed with her.

she is patient with sora and is able to hold it in, but the bottle might burst one day and all the unspoken words and just negative thoughts that have slipped into jaeyi’s mind more than once will just come flowing out.

a little fact is that she carries around a personal journal to keep track of what sora needs and it basically helps her be sane.  

i probably didn’t explain all her traits well and all, but i would like to keep it open and see what i can do once she starts interacting with the others and stuff like that.

some plots ideas 

a friend who teaches jaeyi to stand up for herself and be more assertive!!!!! 

someone she can open up to and she feels comfortable telling all her problems to

someone who jaeyi can take care and baby whenever she can

maybe someone who worked with jaeyi before solar and they finally meet again maybe with some tension between them (up to you what kind of tension)

^^ could be linked to that one but enemies where one of them ruined a shot for a new project or promotion (could be accidental or could be on purpose) and they’re still salty about it

your muse could be the reason or have something to do with why jaeyi’s family connection is rocky or something along those lines.

ok i love friends who just tease the hell out of each other and everyone around them thinks they hate each other but they’re actually really close friends

one that just pisses the other one off for fun. (an idea would be one of them has a habit that drives the other absolutely crazy and they keep doing it because it’s fun to mess with them) 

roommates or neighbors

im up for anything so just mention an idea of a plot to me and maybe it’ll fit (ruin me with angst, kill me with fluff. either one i will be crying at 3 am and maybe sending stuff or ideas that reminds me of that plot)

it was rare that luna allowed herself to reach pure, unadulterated boredom. how could she, when there were so many things to do? but today, she just didn’t feel like doing any of them. what a shame. sighing, her eyes scan the area for something, or someone rather, to alleviate her boredom. she wasn’t the type to pester, but is it really pestering if it’s her? after all, she deems herself a woman worthy of the attention. when her gaze finally lands on an ideal target, she saunters her way over to them, the sound of heels clicking echoing behind her. “excuse me! hi!” ever the respectful one, she bows a full 90 degrees then offers her best showstopping smile. put on the charm, luna. “i was wondering if you’d like to do something with me? we can go eat, practice, hide from paparazzi... whatever you want.”

peoples first impressions of kyunwoo vary from the belief that he is “well reserved” to him being “a prude”.

but honestly, he is just tired half the time.

if you come up and say something to him, 98% of the time he’d give you the biggest smile

he is usually calm and somewhat serious unless he is drunk...then he becomes everyone's favorite

mostly because he does the stupidest shit.

he came to so!ar as a participant on the show produce 101: dare to dream when he was seventeen years old and was chosen to debut in the group union.

he can sometimes be seen as too straight forward but like...

why waste time when you can get straight to the point?

kyunwoos personality depends on the day of the week. he isnt as happy on mondays but he might offer to buy you a drink friday.

poor boy is literally a non-playing playboy. he doesn't like the whole playing part....or the introductions...or the part where they ask him to call them the next day....

he wont.

he prefers non-interactive relationships.

like send him an emoji if you want him to come over, dont verbally ask to hang out

he is competitive out of spite; trust me, the price can be a bag of rocks but he will still want to just see you lose.

kyunwoo knows he is a pretty boy and will literally blow you a kiss if he catches you staring at him. he likes to think of himself as some vogue model who just stepped off of the runway

overly sexual during concerts....especially if its a sexy song. have you seen his fan-cam views? kyunwoo, eat your heart out

is very experimental and will try anything once...yes that too. he likes to keep an openmind...

but after he tries it, he will totally judge you.

to sum this all up...he is the fries you find at the bottom of the bag: cold, you're happy to see him, sometimes people throw him away, but he is always appreciated

The weather was pretty nice today and the Chinese crackhead was in a pretty good mood. Sitting in one of the cute cafe’s around the area of  so!ar entertainment, the male enjoyed his rare spare time. No fans, were allowed to enter and many other idols, trainees or staff member around, who enjoyed some cake or coffee between their work.  Xujia was leaning onto his arms, which rested on the table and smiling contagious over some words the person in front of him shared with the Chinese. “Really? I didn’t hear about that, tell me more.” The smile fast turn into a brighter one and it caused him to laugh, as he sit back straight into his chair.

 vlive had to be one of her favorite past times. how could it not, when she got to sit there for an hour and a half and just talk? it was practically sunny’s dream. she’d been offering a tour of so!ar’s building when she catches sight of an approaching figure, a soft gasp escaping her. “look, everyone ! a guest.” she flips the camera to face the person she’s referring to. was it bad manners to put someone on the spot like this? incredibly so, but she didn’t think they’d mind - or at least they wouldn’t until the camera shut off, and if that was the case, she’d simply make an escape before she got in trouble. “introduce yourself, stranger ! but do it nicely, please, these are my fans you’re talking to !”

“and so I had to tell the manager, and there was literally noodles ON THE CEILING and I-” minhee sighs, slumping back against the seat, his shoulders slouched. “i’m not even the leader. this wasn’t even my unit!” he shakes his head. “they’re insane, all of them. i have a headache just thinking about it.” minhee groans. he loves his group mates, he really does, but sometimes the chaotic energy is too much for him, and he has to escape, much like he is now. “sorry for like... unloading all of that onto you. it’s a lot, but that’s what happens when you have nine group mates, you know?!”

“you know, being the size of a middle schooler is the worst,” pansy sighed, adjusting the hoodie she’d been put in. she loved photoshoots, but she was also 4′11 (and thirty, mind you-- she’d just never grown taller than that). stylists often didn’t account for how tiny she really was, and even smalls fit her like she was wearing a giant tarp. “this hoodie goes down below my knees! i literally look like a pocket-sized human, don’t i?”

his first official company event since his hiatus ended was filled with a lot of claps on the back, expressions of congratulations, and offers of free drinks that he physically could not take. by the third time he gave his drink away only to be handed yet another one, yunjae knew that he wasn’t being unreasonable to think that it was getting fucking ridiculous. he had checked to make sure the coast was clear before taking his flute of champagne and dumping into what he was pretty sure was an artificial plant. only, it was clear that the coast hadn’t actually been clear, since when he lifted his eyes, they met the gaze of another member from the company --- just as the last beads of alcohol rolled out of his glass and onto the plastic, waxy leaves. “ --- it looked thirsty, ” he said as he placed the empty glass on the tray of a server passing by.
