#coffee tastes like #irishcream but no #alcohol unfortunately at #steppingstone and I'm glad I did my #flowertreatment in the #smokingchair this morning. Thank you #sugarmama for leaving me a beautiful #jackherer #flower to take my morning meds with because I am down to #scraps in the #bongloads #department Thank Goddess the effects are long lasting because this place is defo a lot more fun with a proper #buzzon after #wakeandbake. Social services to help me reintegrate with people after long hospital stays and being new at staying off of the drugs that nearly killed me. It prevents me from isolation and it gives me a #routine to my #week. Also, they check my vitals once a month and supply podiatry, free food, exercise. I think I #fanagled a #thirdcup out of the girl with #bloodgutsgore on her back right #buttcheek #pocket. She is #Chinese but reminds me of #petedoherty with her haircut and #bigdarkeyes (at Steppingstone)
