                  Ang mundo ay binubuo ng tatlong klase ng tao. Ito ay sina Paasa, Umaasa, at Pinaasa. Tatlong magkaibang kataga ngunit iisa ang kaakibat na salita “Pag-asa”. Bakit nga ba tayo umaasa sa katiting na pag-asa? Ikanga: “ Pag may buhay, may pag-asa. “

PAASA. Sila ang mga taong hindi marunong rumespeto sa nararamdaman ng taong umaasa. Ganito kasi ‘yon. Kapag nalaman ni paasa na may pagtingin sa kanya ang isang tao, sinasakyan niya ito. Naniwala ka kasi agad sa mga “salita” niya. Iyong mwah-mwah tsup tsup, miz u, lab u, kiss u, give you my coat when you’re cold pinaniwalaan mo? Hindi mo lang alam na laro lang ang lahat, wala e mahilig siyang mantrip lang. RIP feelings dadalawin ka nalang tuwing undas. Sabi nga, may mga taong dumarating para maging blessings, pero may iba naman para maging lesson lang para sa atin. Move on ‘cause time heals. And most importantly, God heals the broken hearted.

Sa buhay, hindi maiiwasang magkagusto sa isang tao. Normal lang yan, abnormal nga raw yong mga walang gusto diba? Masaya nga naman pag mayroon kang nagugustuhang isang tao. Napapangiti ka, nag-aayos, nagiging-inspired, at nagiging ilusyonada minsan. Sige, umasa ka pero wag masyadong mag-expect para hindi masaktan. Ikaw naman huwag kang paasa. Mas mabuti pang saktan mo ‘yan sa katotohanan, wag lang pasayahin sa kasinungalingan. At sa lahat ng pinaasa, laban lang, habang may buhay may pag-asa!

Her story...

In the land of Bayugan City, there lived a happy 19 years old lady who was born on May 25, 1997. She has four older sisters and one older brother, and yes, she is the youngest among the family. The lady is the fruit of love of Josephine A. Degamo and Romeo L. Degamo.

When she was young, they happened to have their family day at their little farm. They had their picnic there- laughing, sharing interesting stories, playing, and eating. She enjoyed riding on the “balsa” of their Carabao but she never experienced riding on the Carabao itself because of the fear of being hit by the waggling tail of the animal. When the Carabao “poops” she, together with her sisters and brother laughed hard like there is no tomorrow. Painted on her face how joyful her heart is. She had the most genuine smile I ever laid my eyes on.

Her hobbies in life are reading contemporary novels, singing and listening to music. She is also into sports such as badminton and table tennis. Pizza, macaroni, and mango float are her besties in life.

During her early years, she had experienced the art of life- its beauty and ugliness. Beauty, for she made friends and built self-confidence. She found her best friends that remain loyal to her until now. Ugliness, because when she was 9 years old, she was operated due to appendicitis and after five months of her operation, one of her valuable treasure was lost, her father died. She was so devastated that time. But because of the presence of her mother and the rest of the family, she remains strong and faithful to God. She did not let any problems hinder her from continuing the journey she had already started.

Now, the lady is currently studying at Philippine Normal University, taking up Bachelor in English Education and is already in her 3rd year in college.
