Please watch my graduation film "There's a cat under the car". Also, it's in French, but I made subtitles in English and Spanish.

Story time: So here it is! I'm a little nervous posting it finally on the internet. I avoided it almost a year.🙃 I did it during my last year at EMCA. It was all an adventure making it because there were a lot of new challenges for me as dialogs, light, lots of different characters, watercolor backgrounds, cars, cats, life. I had a pretty clear idea when I wrote it, but once I did the animatic I saw that It was not the way I wanted to tell this story. So I remade it almost entirely before the animatic's screening of shool. I'm very happy with this film. I had the chance of drawing lots of cats and watch a lot of YouTube videos about cats... ahem... for reference, yes. It was fun making the music, looking for the awesome kids that gave me his voices. I took lots of pictures of Angouleme because I love this place and I wanted the story to happen here. Drawing for this film was very refreshing, It's so nice when I can be as direct as possible in my drawings...Well... please tell me your thoughts. Enjoy. I made a film with Benoît Michelet called Pool (that you can watch here: vimeo.com/356392265 ). In our animatic, Benoît put a song from "A scene at the sea " from Kitano as a reference of what we wanted at the end of the film. Later, when we had the final sound I tried to make a song. I made some test and this one almost was in the final version. Benoît and I were not sure that this was giving the tone that we were looking for, so at the end we put no music. Now you can only hear the very nice sound of the swimming pool that Renaud Denis made. Benoît and I are very happy to show you Pool! We made this film alongside our studies at EMCA. It made a long way! We started at the beginning and we continued little by little during our summer and our free time until the start of second year. A big thanks to Renaud Denis who made all the sound. 🙇‍ Pool is also my first film. I learned a lot with it. Please enjoy! 🏊‍♀
